Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, response to needs, and friendly staff. We highly recommend this property. The staff was very friendly and helped us with the room design to best fit our needs. We called early to confirm the room reservation (2 beds plus a pull out couch) and discovered that the setup to meet our needs was unavailable. The front desk manager allowed us an extra room for the same single rate. This made our stay even more comfortable and turned a negative into a positive. We always find Holiday Inn Express more than adequate for our travel needs - clean, comfortable, breakfast bar, location, and a good value for the rate. My Platinum status also helps. The staff at the front desk was always very friendly and attentive. The free breakfast was good. Guest services cleaned the room well, replenished everything every day. From the time we checked in and until the time we left, every single staff person from the desk clerks, to the breakfast lady, to the maids, we were treated so warmly. The beds were out of this world comfortable and I loved the different pillow selections! The breakfast choice was amazing. If you can't find something to eat, then you are too picky!
