Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 2nd visit not as good as our first This was our second visit to this hotel. Our first visit went well. This visit, not so much. I was traveling alone with twins that are 3, and my 11 year old. I called several hours in advance to make sure we had cribs in the room when we arrived because it would be late. When i got there....they didnt have our cribs and had to search the hotel for them...with my sleepy kids waiting. THEN...the lady working the desk left them in front of the elevator and told me to come back and get them when i was ready. SO...since I was traveling alone..i had to leave my 3 year old twins and 11 year old in the room...run down...get the cribs....which was no easy task. rush back to the room...and set them up. Most hotels do all of that for us, especially if we call. BUT especially for a mother traveling alone with little ones!! so i was left getting all the luggage, the kids, and the cribs b y myself. I managed to do it...but I felt very fruustrated that the staff did not offer to help any more than they did. ESPECIALLY because i called several hours ahead for the cribs! It was very late when we arrived to. I will not be back April 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious Suite All was excellent except for this high pitch noise the refrigerator would make and you would only notice it late at night when it was quiet but of course when I wanted to call the desk it would stop. I like a softer mattress but was able to get a decent nights sleep. April 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beds were great and friendly staff This was a very newly updated and modern Holiday Inn Express. They had the most comfortable beds we have ever had in a hotel. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate any needs we had. Definitely recommend. March 26, 2015
