Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location Great location close to our company job site. We are an out of town firm and had a job scheduled at a local residence. The hotel was within a 10 minute drive so it worked well with our needs. We didn't have to travel a great distance and we put in 10 -12 hour days. We were able to relax in the room without long travel time. December 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by staff is very courteous We had an issue with booking online, but the staff went overboard with trying to accommodate a group of women, and we were very satisfied with the out come. The staff was always helpful through our entire stay and any of us would highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean and up to date. December 11, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Warm Room, Needs Updated, or Prices Reduced I thought this hotel was over priced, especially for the condition of the rooms. They were not terrible, but not great. The furniture in my room was well worn, and needed updated. Probably one of the worst IHG hotels I have been in during 4 years of traveling for business. Room was way too hot, and I had to lower the air conditioning to 60 degrees to get the room to a temperature I could even tolerate (outside was 20 degrees). The mattress was worn in the middle, and was not overly comfortable, although, the high temperature of the room was ultimately what kept me up at night. December 5, 2014

The manager, Courtney, and her staff, especially Tiffany and Leah are absolutely valuable assets to this Holiday Inn. We had several rooms booked for other relatives who also attended our Family Reunion, and they were ALL delighted with their stay as well. December 2, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Gave it a second chance, will not give it a third I travel on a weekly basis nine months a year. The hotel is outdated and could use an upgrade. Furniture in the room and carpet in the hallway have started to wear. Hallway stayed dirty the two nights of our stay. We stayed over a Notre Dame football weekend. I was told the hotel was full. I was disappointed that a full hotel only one breakfast attendant trying to keep up with all the customers. I noticed on four different occasions customers informing the breakfast attendant a food item was out. When items would be refilled, it would be three pieces of bread or two bagels. If items were refilled in larger amounts, it seems the attendant would have to refill less often. It was disappointing to see a few guest at breakfast without shoes, wearing only socks or bare feet and staff doing nothing about it. This is very unappetizing for other guests and against health codes. I would encourage the staff to be aware, asking the guest to put on footwear at breakfast. November 26, 2014

I ask the front desk for suggestions on where to eat and they were very honest and forth coming with coupons, addresses and directions. upon checking out the manager smiled asked all the right questions and went above and beyond the call of duty. She went out of her way to make sure i left very happy. November 24, 2014
