Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Bad facilities The breakfast provided was greasy and tasteless, they are wasting their time and money. The fitness room might be large enough for one person, but the limited equipment is crammed into a tiny space and nearly unusable. Lack of a whirpool considering billed rate was frustrating, considering such availability at facilities with $20-$30 lower rates. Vending machine options were atrocious. Lack of a TV lounge was a problem, especially since there are no chairs or desks in room. October 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendliest staff ever! Went for our son's wedding. The staff was amazing. seriously kind and accommodating. They were even excited about our son's wedding! when we came down from our room all dressed up they stopped and took our picture! Breakfast was great and they did not hurry us out as we had family from all over the country! What a great memory we made over breakfast. The pool water was warm which made it so fun with the grandkids. The babies could enjoy it as well. The bed was way more comfortable than mine at home and even the pillow was great. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. It sure made our far away wedding more fun and less stressful. Thank you all! October 21, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Notre Dame Game Hotel was great and only one I could find with rooms for 4 people at the last minute. Staff was great and called me when I left something in the room of value. They took the items to the local UPS Store and shipped it out to me without issue. That is true customer support and I am completely satisfied with my stay. October 16, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NEVER AGAIN We checked in at midnight. As part of the package that we signed up for at reservation, our credit card was charged for the full amount of our stay at check in. At 8:15 the following morning, we received a fraud alert call from our credit card company; the hotel had place two more small charges against our card while we slept. When asked if we had authorized these charges, we answered no, and our card was immediately blocked. The hotel staff explained that it is their practice to run small "authorizations" against credit cards (even though we had already paid in full in advance), just to "make sure there is money on the card." She believed that all hotels do this. I queried another hotel and found that, no, they do not. Holiday Inn's practice of running "authorizations" which my credit card company recognized as "charges" prompted a fraud alert which resulted in my card being blocked. We then tried to stay at another Holiday Inn Express on our way home and tried to pay with cash. That clerk would not accept cash, telling us that our cash may be counterfeit. WE WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY AT A HOLIDAY INN AGAIN. October 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by All employees deserve a bonus. I had not stayed in a Holiday Inn in twenty years. I had back to back, very poor experiences twenty years ago. So I decided to spend my money ,where it was appreciated. Because a meeting was hosted at the HI in Plymouth IN, I had a room booked there. WHAT A SHOCK. I was treated by EVERY staff member, as if I owned the hotel. Without exception everyone, asked if they could do ANYTHING to make my stay better. October 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Great Motel The staff at the desk were very personable. They had a good sense of humor and they were helpful in answering all our queations. They gave us excellent directions on how to get to places such as restaurants and the best way to get to South Bend on the new highway, etc. The maids were very nice and greeted us in the hall. The person in charge of the breakfast kept everything humming for a crowd that was in a hurry to get to the big game. They never ran out of hot coffee, something that often happens in other motels. The heating in the room was excellent, not noisy, and well controlled. The mattress was so comfortable, my wife wanted to buy one like it! We will be back next year. October 7, 2014
