Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by friendly staff I've stayed at the Plymouth location on three different occasions now and have recommended it to friends who I know occasionally travel down to that area. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room has always been very clean and the breakfast buffet always a great value. Plus they are dog friendly.....its hard to find places that will let you bring a bigger dog....but the staff here welcomes their canine guests with open arms. YAY May 21, 2015

The staff were very friendly, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the facilities were clean, and the price was affordable. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best experience.... Window was broken and stuck open three inches during freezing weather which also allow noise into room. The desk chair was broken with the back in a total recline since the bolts holding it together were missing. The curtain was stained, heavily on the left side. The breakfast area the next morning was dirty and not being cleaned. There was old and dried creamer as well as loose sugar all over the coffee area. The counters and floors had spilled food (like eggs and gravy) over them. The attendant walked by all this on more than one occasion and did nothing. The front desk clerk who checked me in was very nice and professional. Not a typical stay. March 3, 2015
