I have never had any stays at any IHG like this I bought and used a lot of points and it started off OK. Out of 14 days I had 4 times House keeping show up after 5 PM to clean the room and 2 of those was past 6:30 PM. This does not include the 3 times I turned them away because aft a long day I expect this to be done. I understand 1 day because of the storm we had but the rest of the time it was unacceptable
I brought this to the front desk and the usual excuse we are short handed. 2 times after 4:30 I did not see one cart in the hallways and asked the front desk and they said they were done. My room got passed over and not till I said anything did they show up
I even saw people checking in after 5-6 PM and told there rooms were not ready
The Wireless internet was a joke also, once people logged on it slowed down, when it was working. I had 5 days and had to go sit in the Hallway by the Front desk to get access and was told that everything was working but guess what it was not
Billy at the front desk was a great person but that was about it. Hard working but my thing is if House keeping is short handed why was the Management there not helping them. I see the house keeping crew done on the 1st floor and then gone. Why do they not work as a team and take care of there customers. I have been with Priority Club for 10 years and this by far is the worst yet. Charge a lot of money ( my case points) and all I get is poor excuses and not a thing in return.

This hotel is modern, well-kept and in a great location. The hotel staff are very friendly and responsive. During our stay we had a prolonged power outage and the staff handled it very well. It was a bit like camping in our room the second night, but even that was pleasurable.

The air conditioner should have more control options. It was noise every time it started. Also the coffee maker was in the bathroom. We didn't make coffee in the room for this reason. This is the first time I ever saw a coffeemaker in the bathroom.

Very nice hotel with a wide variety of breakfast choices. The room was very clean and comfortable and the view of the mountains from the outside patio were marvelous. We would recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in the past and have always had an excellent experience. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as can be. They continually ask if there is anything additional they can do while visiting in the area, etc. The room was dark, cool, and very clean upon arrival. . . outside temp. was around 100 degrees so it was very inviting to sit and relax. The breakfast in the morning was delicious with a variety of choices.

We had great service from the front desk to the daily housekeeping staff. We were there during a big rain and wind storm and they provided great service in getting us back into the hotel and our room when the electricity went out.

/there was enough space for allof us and we were comfortable in our room. Breakfast tasted good and there was a nice variety. Service was attentive and helpful.

Brought my wife and kids (age 8) to the hotel. Great facilities, VERY professional staff and wonderful environment. The pool was a hit, the breakfast was just fine... the coffee was always full.
Internet was a bit slow for a few late night streamings (kids).
My only issue is the doors close loud. Neighbors who were early risers were allowing the doors to shut and it was loud. My ONLY issue. You cannot close the doors very quietly do to the latch set up... but hey, small price to pay for the overall deal.
I'll stay here again.
