Holiday Inn Express in Sandpoint, ID is located on the north end of town in beautiful surroundings at the base of Schweitzer Mountain. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about area activities. I have been staying at this HIE with my family for the past four years and look forward to returning every year! See you soon HIE at Sandpoint!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by TravelGuy14 Great deal for the quality...
Short and sweet, the place is clean, decent breakfast, and very comfortable rooms. WiFi is spotty and pool are rooms can be loud. I would stay at the hotel again and again however.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by gotravel Best pillows ever!!!!!!
I have stayed in many hotels in Sandpoint and this is by far my favorite. We stayed in an immaculate suite that is layed out well so the kids can watch one TV and we can watch another. Super comfortable beds with the best pillows I have ever used. I asked if they sold the pillows and they do not. How sad. Very friendly staff. The stay was excellent except for the breakfast bar. Both mornings the heated eggs and meats were both empty and not refilled until we were done eating and heading out. The attendant was rarely seen and most of her time seemed taken up with refilling the pancake machine. There was some grumbling among people that wanted the warm food but we just made do with the other stuff. A bit more attention to filling the empty trays would have been nice. That little glitch should not put you off from staying there. This is the only Sandpoint hotel I will stay in from now on.
