Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Elevator issues continue . . . . My third stay at this property, and two out of three times, the elevator was out of order. Lugged a heavy bag up two flights of stairs and down again the next day was quite a work out. The LG tv was going in and out of picture and sound in the evening, and there was absolutely no sound the next morning. (and no, the "mute" button was not the issue) However, the view from the back of the hotel is nice, and the property, when staying on an upper floor away from the road, is pretty quiet. I'll look for a bed and breakfast in the area the next time I'm in town! May 13, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Elevator broke down but--- We arrived andRena said to us the elevator is broken down we had a powerage. Do you want the first floor or the third floor? the elevator was supposed to be out for a couple of hours which turned out to be more than 20 hours. Rena did her best to apolgize for the inconvenience. I t was partly our fault for not going for the first floor. however our stay other than walking up and down the stairs was really good. I think Rena or the holiday Inn Express management should have forwarded to us or given us a free night or 1/2 price off for the elevator inconvenience on our room. We enjoyed our stay and restaurants Rena suggested worked other really great. All in all a very good impression and we will be back in August hopefully depending on my health concerns. This trip was to get prepared for major surgery. Thanks Rena May 12, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Fix the TV The hotel is nice, the pool stinks, literally and the water level was so low in the jacuzzi that it wasn't even filtering and the TV was broken. They told me to unplug it to get the volume to work. I did, 3 times. And half the channels don't come in. They said they'd work on it but I never heard back. Oh and the dirty band aids by the pool were pretty gross. May 3, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable, clean great place for ski weekend Great hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for all our ski gear. We really like how close it is to Schweitzer ski resort and that they sell discounted ski vouchers. The breakfast is a bonus. It would be nice if the hot tub was warmer. The staff was great. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, spacious room- While the room was spacious I found the breakfast and other service rather marginal. The printer in the business center was broken the my entire stay. When I pointed it out to the front desk they said " Oh yes it is broken". Also the hot tub was also broken the entire time. When I asked about this again they said Oh we have to get a contractor. To be near a ski area it is usually expected that hot tubs would be kept working. The breakfast food specifically the hot food was not tasty. January 16, 2013
