Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty Room! I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always enjoyed my stay. This time however was different. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice. We had a queen suite and let our children sleep in the beds. When my husband and I pulled out our bed from the sofa there was popcorn and tissues behind the bed. Then there were no sheets with the bedding. My husband went down and got sheets. When he came back we noticed that there was hair on our pillows and that there was some type of brown substance on our comforter. It was quite late at that point and we just decided to sleep with the little blankets that they lay on the bottom of the beds. I was in a hurry in the morning due to sports games that my son was playing in. I called and let them know of our experience. I was told I would receive a return call from the supervisor. My call was never returned, I am very disappointed. June 11, 2013

There's also a conveniently located restaurant within 100' of the hotels front entrance that serves decent food. We'd certainly stay here again and have no qualms recommending it to others. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great hotel The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was wonderful and had many choices. The staff at this property was very nice and friendly. The property is located in such a way that at breakfast you have a great landscape to view. We would recommend this Hi Express to anyone who would like a relaxing get away. June 3, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Elevator issues continue . . . . My third stay at this property, and two out of three times, the elevator was out of order. Lugged a heavy bag up two flights of stairs and down again the next day was quite a work out. The LG tv was going in and out of picture and sound in the evening, and there was absolutely no sound the next morning. (and no, the "mute" button was not the issue) However, the view from the back of the hotel is nice, and the property, when staying on an upper floor away from the road, is pretty quiet. I'll look for a bed and breakfast in the area the next time I'm in town! May 13, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Elevator broke down but--- We arrived andRena said to us the elevator is broken down we had a powerage. Do you want the first floor or the third floor? the elevator was supposed to be out for a couple of hours which turned out to be more than 20 hours. Rena did her best to apolgize for the inconvenience. I t was partly our fault for not going for the first floor. however our stay other than walking up and down the stairs was really good. I think Rena or the holiday Inn Express management should have forwarded to us or given us a free night or 1/2 price off for the elevator inconvenience on our room. We enjoyed our stay and restaurants Rena suggested worked other really great. All in all a very good impression and we will be back in August hopefully depending on my health concerns. This trip was to get prepared for major surgery. Thanks Rena May 12, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Fix the TV The hotel is nice, the pool stinks, literally and the water level was so low in the jacuzzi that it wasn't even filtering and the TV was broken. They told me to unplug it to get the volume to work. I did, 3 times. And half the channels don't come in. They said they'd work on it but I never heard back. Oh and the dirty band aids by the pool were pretty gross. May 3, 2013
