Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice, warm hotel The physical features of the hotel immediately set the mood for us, as we were driving up from a long day out and about, my wife said, "wow this is really nice". The staff welcomed us and were very friendly and helpful. The rooms equaled the feelings we felt as we drove up. We were very glad to spend two nights in this hotel. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and we also will be staying here versus Coeur d' Alene the next time we come over to SilverWood Theme Park. August 26, 2014

I would loved to have enjoyed a fresh, country breeze - but - the 3 inches didn't even allow a little breeze into the room! August 25, 2014

The rooms are quiet, and regular-sized HIE rooms. Breakfast was normal HIE quality, and pool was good. No issues and recommend this location. August 20, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good bed bad house keeping I have never had any stays at any IHG like this I bought and used a lot of points and it started off OK. Out of 14 days I had 4 times House keeping show up after 5 PM to clean the room and 2 of those was past 6:30 PM. This does not include the 3 times I turned them away because aft a long day I expect this to be done. I understand 1 day because of the storm we had but the rest of the time it was unacceptable I brought this to the front desk and the usual excuse we are short handed. 2 times after 4:30 I did not see one cart in the hallways and asked the front desk and they said they were done. My room got passed over and not till I said anything did they show up I even saw people checking in after 5-6 PM and told there rooms were not ready The Wireless internet was a joke also, once people logged on it slowed down, when it was working. I had 5 days and had to go sit in the Hallway by the Front desk to get access and was told that everything was working but guess what it was not Billy at the front desk was a great person but that was about it. Hard working but my thing is if House keeping is short handed why was the Management there not helping them. I see the house keeping crew done on the 1st floor and then gone. Why do they not work as a team and take care of there customers. I have been with Priority Club for 10 years and this by far is the worst yet. Charge a lot of money ( my case points) and all I get is poor excuses and not a thing in return. Thank you for the bad experience August 18, 2014

During our stay we had a prolonged power outage and the staff handled it very well. It was a bit like camping in our room the second night, but even that was pleasurable. August 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Changes The air conditioner should have more control options. It was noise every time it started. Also the coffee maker was in the bathroom. We didn't make coffee in the room for this reason. This is the first time I ever saw a coffeemaker in the bathroom. August 14, 2014
