The water cooler in the workout room was empty. There were no towels. Not worth the price. Will look elsewhere next time in the area. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by A Big Disappointment This facility needs much attention and updating. The rooms on the first floor smell noticeably musty. The carpeting is old in all the rooms I've stayed in at this property. The bathroom I had this trip had mold or mildew on the seems of the bathtub. The paint in the rooms, bathrooms and hallways need repainting. The curtains do not block out the incredibly bright parking lot lights making the room not very dark when the rooms lights at shut off for sleep. In short I will not be back at this HIE until major work is invested into the property. This is NOT what I have come to expect from the Holiday Inn Express brand. Very Disappointed. As a Gold Member I expect better from HIE. November 11, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing I travel frequently and make HIE my home away from home much of the time since I normally know what to expect for my money. My expectations for HIE are to have a comfortable bed, clean room, warm breakfast choices at the time breakfast starts, and in room internet as advertised. This location provided the fairly comfortable sleep and a clean but outdated room and beyond that did not meet my expectations. I could not get on the internet in my room at any time while there. The young lady at the front desk on my arrival tried resetting the system and that did not help. I was unable to work on business projects in my room that required internet service. Warm items did not come out until 30 minutes after the door opened for breakfast. They offer no morning paper. The room I had seemed outdated with cracked floor tile and a badly cracked sink. If I counted correctly, this is the 14th or 15th HIE I have stayed at this year and the only one that did not at least meet my expectations where many exceed them. (For example, the four following nights were spent at an HIE 40 plus miles from here and that location exceeded my expectations even though I would guess the two properties to be around the same age). I hate to be negative, but need to be honest. October 24, 2014
