I just loved the area , the checkin experience was wonderful with Mr Arnold. He made sure to accomade us . He made us feel welcomed. The pool and spa were so relaxing and i felt very safe. I loved the fact it was right by the beachfront. the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was ok, could have been a little better and someone could have been helpful , we were greeted at checkout as well.

The staff at this Holiday Inn Express was very accommodating and helpful taking in the area's beaches and attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family heading to the beach for vacation or just a weekend away!

I came into Port Aransas, Texas on he evening of 04-03-2015. The rates were rather high due to the Easter Holiday weekend.
I found that despite the high rates, the accommodations were worthwhile. (It was my fault, since I had not made reservations and it was the Easter Holiday weekend.)
Ashley checked me in and was helpful, courteous, and professional. She seemed willing to go "the extra mile" to ensure good service. She enrolled me in a rewards program that gave me the option of checking out at 1 PM, as opposed to 11 AM, and would allow me to save on future stays.
These days, I find it rather challenging to get good service and quality accommodations. Therefore, when I do, I'm not only likely to come back, but I also won't mind spending more, the greater it is likely that I will recommend these accommodations to others.
