Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable when checking in When I checked in, the lady said I would have to wait one hour. I told her I would come back and started to walk away, but then she stopped me and said I have a room for you. I checked in and put my things in my room. When I came down I was going to ask a question about where to get something to eat, but she said " what now?" I said nothing and left. I was not recognized for my status and no points offered in lieu of a drink. This is done in all hotels I know of for this chain. The front desk treatment is not good. December 8, 2014

I am always greeted by name and receive nothing but excellent service from the entire staff. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and accommodating. December 2, 2014
