Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible nights sleep To whom this may concern: I stayed this past weekend, confirmation # 63974730 from 1/17-1/18. I am a platinum elite membership with IHG. This was my second time at this property and the first time was perfect. During this visit, I wish I could say the same. At around 4am, the fire alarm went off and it was deafening. I went out into the hall and saw people everywhere walking around. I was on the first floor and the noise was just so loud and actually painful to my ears. When I went to the front desk, the woman's response was its a false alarm, you can return to your rooms. the noise was still blaring and and when I got back to my room, I noticed fire trucks, police and ambulances beginning to show up. The alarm stopped after 4-5 minutes and I could barely hear. I laid in bed and all I could hear was people outside my window talking very loud. This continued for about an hour and all I could hear was the people who apparently were waiting for the firemen to leave and then head back in. I had to wake up early and the sleep I had was horrible. I asked the front office manager the following day what happened and why and her response was this was a system glitch and she doesn't know why. I would be grateful if there was a fire and was able to wake up and get out, but when its a system glitch, that really can ruin peoples nights rest. Hope this glitch gets fixed so more people don't have the same experience as me. January 19, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by A/C wasn't working properly Front desk didn't have our reservation, it was a big hassle getting checked in, I had to wait over 20 minutes. The A/C wasn't working properly, we were roasting by midnight, had the thermostat down to 68 degrees. The breakfast had fake eggs, rubbery pancakes and the bananas should have been thrown out. The lady in the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. We will not stay here again. Very disappointed, especially considering the cost. January 7, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable when checking in When I checked in, the lady said I would have to wait one hour. I told her I would come back and started to walk away, but then she stopped me and said I have a room for you. I checked in and put my things in my room. When I came down I was going to ask a question about where to get something to eat, but she said " what now?" I said nothing and left. I was not recognized for my status and no points offered in lieu of a drink. This is done in all hotels I know of for this chain. The front desk treatment is not good. December 8, 2014
