The front desk called our room at 11:00 AM regarding checkout. We were in the process of determining if our travels would require another days stay. Accordingly, we requested a late checkout. The desk manager insisted that we make our decision immediately of leave. We reminded the desk manager that as a Priority Club Platinum Member, we were entitled to a late checkout privilege and were electing to use the option. To our "astonishment" she replied, "you'll decide and extend your stay now or leave, and if you don't leave, I'll call the police to have you removed". We register a written complaint with corporate Holiday Inn, something I have never had to do in all my many years of travel.

This is one of the best stays I have ever had, with a staff that goes out of the way to make you feel like family. Rose and Dianna were on top of any question I had about the area. This is my place to stay when I’m in town from now on.

I travel a lot with my job and I can say through experience that this is one of the top places I've stayed. The staff is warm and welcoming! Diana always seems to be working when I come in (hard working girl# and you couldn't have a better welcome from anybody else. She goes above and beyond to be deeply kind and helpful and to make sure I'm getting all of my points, and just creates a comfortable atmosphere to be in. It really helps to make you feel at home when you're so far away from yours. Special thanks to her, Kim and Rose #the ones I see the most) for going above and beyond for me and my crew! These girls should be commended for all there hard work.
