Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Snafu at Conway Rd, Orlando My confirmation number was no good. They had given away my room even though I had confirmed the reservation that morning. I objected but to no avail. This was humiliating. I have stayed at the Conway Rd. Holiday Inn Express at least 10 times. These new people need to be fired. They called the Semoran Rd. Holiday Inn and told me they had two rooms. I get there and the girl says she told them twice they had no rooms. I had to drive 30 minutes to Apopka to find a room. This would be reason enough to quit using Holiday Inn Express! November 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One of my favorite hotels I always love this Holiday Inn Express in Port St. Lucie. The front desk staff are always friendly and eager to help. Being a platinum rewards member, I received a phone call asking to be upgraded, which based on my itinerary I declined the offer. About 5 hours later, I received a second call saying they have something available that might fit...the presidential suite. Wow, what a great upgrade. There was plenty of room in the suite with two bedrooms and a huge living room area. Compliments to the team for persevering and getting me the upgrade, without being asked for it. November 11, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Doors wide open Management is very poor. Left my door to my room wide open one day, and seemed more irritated that I was asking why it was left open. The staff never took the time to investigate what happened. The best that I got out of them was a "Gee Sorry". Since nothing appeared to be stolen, that seemed a good enough reason to go back to eating their dinner. I gave them an hour and a half to figure out what might have happened but no effort. The day earlier I saw a gentleman entering several rooms with a master key. I assumed it was a building superintendent but given my experience I am suspecting that something else might have been going on. Please be careful of this hotel. I know that I will not stay here on my next visit to the area. October 19, 2015
