Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty facility This had to be the worse experience at a HI Express. Trying to check-in myself and two other guest waited more than 10 minutes for desk person to appear(there was a sign indicating they were attending another guest needs and would return). Once in the room found stains in bottom of toilet. Unfortunately this wasn't due to dirty water(enough said?). Then I found a very dirty hand towel when I went to dry my hands. When I removed that towel I discovered towel it was hanging over was wet. Brought to front desk. Got the standard and in my opinion insincere apology. I then left and had dinner. Once back in my room I discovered a pillow covered with course dark hair. I brought that to the front desk. The employee wondered aloud if my room had been serviced! No other rooms available, so I ended up staying in a room that I had to think was dirty. I was told I would be contacted by the manager on Tuesday. It's Thursday afternoon without one word from the owner or manager. Pretty sad. March 26, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful staff, but facilities disappointing The staff were efficient and pleasant. I felt safe in this hotel, which is conveniently located just off of I-95. Although the facility is generally clean, I found it to be a poorly renovated hotel. The bed was adequate, but not quite as fresh as other Holiday Inn Express properties in which I've stayed. Most disappointing was the fitness center. The equipment was in poor condition and extremely limited. March 23, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by stay was alright breakfast was nasty ,people nice rooms where pretty clean ,the drain in the sink was very slow about draing . the carpet need clean ing was vacuum but carpet is dirty . over all some of the staff where nice at the back door they have a smoking tray that stinks when you come in that door it should be moved from the door to another area March 23, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great stay I saw a 2 and a half star rating on Yelp for this hotel. I am glad I don't waste my time with Yelp because this is a great little hotel. The bed was sinfully comfortable. A full cable channel package. The breakfast was the same as at any Holiday Inn express but I don't complain about free food. The decaf was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful when I was asking questions about the surrounding area. Check in and check out were quick and easy. I will be staying at this location again this week. This will be my first choice if I have to come back to this area in the future. March 23, 2015
