My husband and I stayed here for a cousins wedding. When we got to the front desk (2 hrs before check in) the young lady was so helpful. She was so sweet and even upgraded our room to include a tub! The breakfast had a large selection and it was all fresh. I would recommend this location for the staff's willingness to help and their great service.

New management team did a great job of getting me a certain cable channel so I could watch my local Hockey team - Tremendous hospitality going above and beyond the call of duty.. I will tell a lot of people about this experience..

I am a platinum member and was nervous with the reviews I read and almost did not stay at this location. I took a chance because it was close to where my customer meeting was and it looked like a good value. The rooms were fine, the breakfast was just as good as every other Holiday Inn Express. The staff was very friendly and I didn't see anything wrong with this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to any road warrior.

I was very disappointed in this HI. Stopped and got a room for the night without checking reviews first. Just assumed it would be up to HI good standards - WRONG! Stains in carpet and chair, just very dingy all around. I did look on Garmin to find it, & I called from cell to see if pet-friendly. They neglected to tell me it was $35 a night per pet. The HI I did check out on line in a.m. that we would of stopped at earlier had wonderful reviews & said was pet-friendly, but no mention of a fee. I think that is quite a steep fee, and also think it should be posted on the website.
I also think this is located in a not so nice area. I will be sure to check reviews from now on before I stop at HI's or any motel!

I chose this facility due to location and cost. Location was what I expected and I received the value I paid for.
First impression at check-in set me back by the unkept appearance of the young gentleman with poor teeth.
Overall appearance of lobby, hallways and breakfast area are old and worn but worse in my room. The smell is of an old ciggarette aroma that has tried to be masked with a neutralizer of sorts.
My room had a bad stained carpet that made me uncomfortable to remove my shoes. Yet my sheets were clean and pillows were soft.
Pay attention to the bathroom where towels are not brilliantly white as other facilities and the tiling needs a good cleaning as black mildew is prevelant as other reviews mention.
Do read reviews prior to making your next choice.
