Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Deteriating hotel Very over priced hotel (150 per night). The tiles in the bathroom were not only coming up(loose) but they also had mold in between them. The chairs had stains on them as well as the carpet. A non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The staff were not friendly. Didn't recognize my platinum membership status. I will not stay at this hotel again. February 23, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by disturbing and scary hello, wanted to bring to attention that i am still disturbed from my experience this past weekend at your hotel. My girlfriend and i checked in about 8pm and then left for dinner and a movie. when we returned to go to sleep, about midnight all of a sudden we could hear someone was entering our room!!! turns out the room was double booked and had i not had the latch done on the door the other customer would have been able to have full access. completely spoiled the weekend for us and made it hard to sleep knowing our privacy was in jeopardy. With that said your staff was very apologetic and offered to comp my room for one night of my weekend stay.
