Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Overcharged and random bookings I checked out of this hotel on the 4th of September and come to find out they kept me checked in until the 7th. When I had checked out I asked for another reservation to be made and they said they would. Upon arrival of said reservation I found out that they had actually not made the reservation. I ended up having to complain to IHG to get one night stay after 12+ hrs of travelling. I was told that they were out of King rooms and that's exactly what they gave me after calling IHG. I just went on my IHG account to check my points balance and happened to click on my reservations...they made a random one! Why would they do that? I'm glad I looked at it. This hotel has been the worst customer service experience I have had at a Holiday Inn. I will now do my best to not stay at IHG anymore since I am platinum with their competitor also. I also had 1 other co worker check out and move hotels. The others will not be staying there either. Too bad we were going to be there until next year! Someone else deserves the business. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by They did the right thing! On arrival and after checking into our room, we found that the controls on the air conditioner were not working properly. I contacted the front desk and "Josh" immediately made it possible to change rooms and DID THE RIGHT THING..... For that we would recommend this facility and hope the management will acknowledge Josh for his great service. September 8, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Gone Wild Overall the appearance of the facility was nice. Both times I went to the front desk I had to wait on the Staff. The parking was full and had to drive around twice to get a parking spot. People were partying it up at this place. The hall next to the pool was wet and slippery from all the running back and forth. People were outside and inside with beer and obviously drunk to the point I spent half the night monitoring my car for potential vandalism and listening the doors of the rooms slam shut..
