We (my husband, 2.5 year old daughter and I) have stayed at a lot of Holiday Inn Expresses. This is one of the best. We were not planning on stopping but had car trouble. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and relaxed. If you are in the area, I highly recommend it.

Hotel was nice. I'd like the TV to have a sleep option to where you can set it to go off after a certain amount of time.

Very clean, very friendly staff, highly recommend. If you are attending races at Eldora in Rossburg Ohio, it's only 25 minutes away.

This property looked and smelled clean from the first step inside the door. The bed was very comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom were both clean with contemporary finishes.

My guest and I found the exterior of this hotel inviting and lovely. The entrance is inviting and the front desk clerk was cheerful and personable. The room was very clean and color scheme quite relaxing. My guest and I slept very well in the comfortable beds. The breakfast was well laid out and a lot of choices. All we ate was delicious. We were very happy to have stayed here. We will come back.

I REPEAT!!! HORRIBLE STAY!!! AVOID AT ALL COST
I booked my room almost 2 months in advance and when I checked in and got to my room, it was not the room I booked. I called downstairs to reception and the manager told me that they ran out of my room type so they just put me in any room. (I should have been informed at check-in or prior to that, that my room type was not available.) I was furious after booking that room almost 2 months in advance and this is what I was told. "You were the last one to check in for one of those room types and well, you got the next best thing we could offer." I am not kidding you. But I was told this AFTER I had already checked in and got to the room to realize that it was not the room I booked.
The rest is all downhill from there. No resolution even after talking to customer care.
I repeat. HORRIBLE STAY!!! You have no idea what you're going to get when you arrive after you book the room. Better off staying at another hotel in the town.

The breakfast buffet was very nice. Had some fresh choices. The only thing I would recommend is to have an egg choice without meat.
