Small to average size pool; but very nice. Standard breakfast offering for a Holiday Inn Express. Very accommodating staff! I will stay there the next time I am in town. March 3, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Customer service leaves alot to be desired So I am one of those triple platinum IHG members. I have to say this facility has less than impressed me. The customer service is not apparent.....No upgrades, No Paper, just really over all unimpressed. My room had a fluorescent light that was flickering.... really annoying. I told the desk clerk and came back to find it still flickering... I removed the bulb and set it on the counter and for the next three days that's where its stayed. Ok So maybe I am a whiner but I guess when you stay at IHG all the time you expect certain things and well a certain amount of accommodation. I am spoiled by other IHG HIE hotel pushing to make my stay awesome and well I am not seeing that here. For a small town hotel if I had another option I would I may end up checking out and going to an non IHG option. February 17, 2015
