Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 HORRIBLE STAY ~ DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! I REPEAT!!! HORRIBLE STAY!!! AVOID AT ALL COST I booked my room almost 2 months in advance and when I checked in and got to my room, it was not the room I booked. I called downstairs to reception and the manager told me that they ran out of my room type so they just put me in any room. (I should have been informed at check-in or prior to that, that my room type was not available.) I was furious after booking that room almost 2 months in advance and this is what I was told. "You were the last one to check in for one of those room types and well, you got the next best thing we could offer." I am not kidding you. But I was told this AFTER I had already checked in and got to the room to realize that it was not the room I booked. The rest is all downhill from there. No resolution even after talking to customer care. I repeat. HORRIBLE STAY!!! You have no idea what you're going to get when you arrive after you book the room. Better off staying at another hotel in the town. September 28, 2014

There were some minor issues (not greeted as Platinum level guest, requested room upgrade not available, and folks being allowed to go barefoot in breakfast area. I stay at this hotel fairly often, and they typically do a fantastic job. September 23, 2014
