This is a very nice hotel. I am totally about cleanliness and comfort and this Holiday Inn Express has both!!!!! November 18, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff makes all the difference Despite being next to the railroad tracks and major highway for the area, they always try to accommodate getting me a room in the quietest area of the hotel available. Totally non-smoking which is great. There is much opportunity to engage with the owner and the property manager who keep themselves accessible to guests. More IHG properties should use them as an example (especially those who believe you have to have smoking rooms to be profitable). November 17, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff Stormy and the rest of the staff are always helpful. The breakfast room is very comfortable and the food is good. The only negative is on the off shifts they sometimes forget to recoginize rewards members and on multiple night stays, housekeeping never replaces the laundry bags when used. Overall this in one of the better Holiday Inn Express's. November 5, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Booking Confirmation Traveler's beware because for this hotel the booking is awful. I booked a standard room with 2 queen beds (paid extra for my 2 kids# and ofcourse recieved a confirmation number. Now, when I check-in around 9PM the manager said that I do not recognized my name for any reservation and ask that I showed my confirmation number. So, I walked back to my car and get my phone to show her my confirmation number. The moment I walked back in she told me that I know what happen #was so fruustated) and continue with my reservation. I thought everything was ok but when I entered our room there was only a queen bed inside. I went back to ask for the right room and said that this is all we have and will just give as a roll- away bed. I was so mad because I booked this hotel for a 2 queen bed so that we will be comfortable sleeping. I chose Holiday Inn because I know this things will never happen. I ask that they cancel the extra money I paid for a 2 queen bed because they mess up my reservation and said that I just complain at Holiday Inn website. So here is my review. Please avoid these hotel in this area. November 5, 2013
