Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Valentine's Day in Poteau! This hotel is my home away from home. It's beautifully placed near the famous "hill" which I love staring at from the hot tub and from my room. The manager's reception is a wonderful addition and a great way to relax after working all day. The staff is always attentive to my needs and were so kind to make sure I got my beautiful flowers on Valentine's Day. Thank you guys for another year of great stays. See you in the fall! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very disappointed As a frequent business traveler, I have stayed at this Poteau Holiday Inn Express many times, including the first week the property was open. On this visit most of the TV channels were not working, the phone would not dial the front desk necessitating a trip downstairs to find out that the TV would not be receiving most channels, and the refrigerator is turned off and apparently unplugged when not in use, causing the food I was carrying to spoil. These things are unacceptable for a hotel of this price. April 29, 2013

They have beer, wine, cheese and crackers This is the way it used to be for Priority Club members. All Holiday Inn's need to go back to this feature. I really enjoyed my stay here. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another good stay Just back from another good stay at the Holiday Inn In Poteau. Management and staff are friendly and helpul. (Amber, Rhonda, Stormy) The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. There is different lighting in the rooms that are bright and helpful while reading in bed. I enjoy my morning coffee and the best cinnamon roll ever! March 23, 2013

Breakfast offers a variety of foods -- all good. Good business center with computer and printer if needed. Staff is always friendly and available. Quick easy check in and out service. Having stayed in this hotel for several years, we can say the location has maintained quality and fresh appearance. This statement comes from one with extremely high expectations in hotels.
