Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Facility This facility was so nice that even the small issue we had with heating was overshadowed. The staff was wonderful. They were always ready and willing to accommodate whatever need we had. We never felt like we were pest. We will definitely stay here in the future when we visit our daughter at CIA. January 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Customer Service After driving 10 hrs and checking in at approx 2am in the morning, our plan was to sleep at least 7/8 hrs. Around 6:15am it sounded like a garbage truck drove through our room. It was so loud it startled us and we sat right up in bed. After more banging and loud noises we couldn't get back to sleep. Needless to say, we checked out exhausted after only 4hrs. After contacting Rachel, she said she would look into it and call me back the next day. She did just that. Although they were not able to figure out what caused the problem, Rachel kindly offered me a certificate for a future free nights stay to make up for our inconvenience. I was very happy with the outcome and look forward to staying there in the future. That's how you keep a customer! January 23, 2015

The room was spotless, as was the bathroom, the service at the front desk was very fast, and the variety of food for breakfast was great. The internet came up fast, and the tv had enough channels for us. I would stay again for sure. January 16, 2015

About the only complaint I would have about this hotel was that the television only receives about one third of the channels it is supposed to. Bad satellite feed! This has happened on every stay. Other than that, this is a great hotel for the money. January 3, 2015
