Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Not great experience I am a platinum plus member and stay at many holiday inn's. This holiday inn started out by making an upgrade something I had to work for, no "thank you for being a platinum member etc." the heating unit was Very Hot at 68 degrees and made the room feel like a sauna. An outlet under the desk didn't wirk when I needed to do wirk. Then the reason I am writing this, the toilet leaked. I got up in the middle of the night and after flushing before I went to bed, the bowl was leaking out of the sides. I didn't realize and then at 2am I stepped in water. I told the front dek at check out. I am a Holiday Inn guy, but I will not be staying at this property again. December 23, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Customer Service Front Desk staff was extremely professional and courteous. I really appreciated that our bags were held for us after check out for the day while we did a college tour of the C.I.A. The hotel shuttle driver was extremely friendly while dropping us off at the school, and the driver who picked us up from the school took us around the campus before taking us back to the hotel for our bags, then to the Poughkeepsie train station. Overall, it was a great experience, one that we will be repeated when we drop my student off for college next year. December 11, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient and Consistent, + Amazing Staff I stay here every week for work, and while parts of the hotel are outdated, the beds are clean and staff/ service are fabulous. (The front desk staff is particularly great- seeing them every week makes the overall experience even better.) The gym, tubs, and stairwells aren't 5-star, but for the cost this hotel is a good value. December 3, 2014
