Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service The staff was short handed due to a massive winter storm that hit the area and the front desk and housekeeping personal were actually staying at the hotel. They were working double shifts and they maintained a great attitude and work ethic during this time. March 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff was great. We stayed here for 5 days while our heat pump was out at our house during the snow. I can't say enough about Tiara and the General Manager at this Hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure we were ok during our stay. Our room was upgraded since I am a platinum member and I could not have been more comfortable in the room. Since we were only 5 miles away from our house, it felt almost like home. I have told all my friends and family about our experience here. They made us feel welcomed while we were displaced from our home until the heat pump was fixed. Good job guys. March 2, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Most comfortable bed for a Hotel The front desk attendant was very warm and friendly. Our room was on the first floor but literally in front of the doors and eating area. It was so cold that weekend the drapes in the room moved from the wind outside and the heater under the window ran continually all night. It was a bit noisy based on our location on the first floor but over all the furnishings and staff were awesome! The staff when asked about anything were genuinely very helpful. We would not stay here again if we brought our little dog as they do not allow pets in this hotel, unless they are service dogs, which is a problem for us when we travel with her. that was the only downside which made me sad cause all in all it was a nice hotel.
