Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel I liked the hotel and I was very comfortable. The only issue that I had was I asked for a ground floor and the receptionist stated that there was one available. When I arrived to the hotel for check in (I thought I would be on the ground floor because I requested one and they were available at the time of reservation) a different receptionist told me that all the ground floors were taken and I would have to get a room on the first floor. Other than that little issue I had a good stay and I will be staying at more Holiday Inn Expresses in the future. September 26, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed poor food management The room was wonderful. We went for a swim and found the water too warm for our liking. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast area. A lot of chairs were broken , the person in charge of food needs retraining . The gravy had been thinned out and every other item was missing, no fruit, no yogurt , no hard boiled eggs. It was also very hard to enjoy what little there was because we couldn't get to it. The housekeepers started their shift by converging in the dining room and getting their own cereal & coffee. Leaving paying guests to wait. Doubtful we will stay there again. September 1, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Awful breakfast and unfriendly desk clerk The desk clerk was the most unfriendly hotel desk clerk that I have ever seen. I travel every week for business and this was by far the worst clerk that I have ran into in quite some time. I don't think he wanted to be there at all! Breakfast was absolutely aweful. Quality of food was very poor. Rooms were clean and comfortable and that is the most important fact. I thought the price was a little high for the quality of hotel and the general area.
