Our conference went very well here; the staff did an outstanding job, and most of all very friendly. Everything we asked was answered as a positive.
Only one con: the address is still too new for Google and Garmin, and if at night arrival might be a little hard to find. Suggestion would be add a new sign on the North side to be seen from main road.

I was attending a seminar at this hotel and the conference room was clean and very spacious. The staff was extremely nice and was easy to approach. All the staff members I had come in contact with was very accommodating during my stay. For instance, I needed to mail out a letter and the front desk was able to provide me a stamp and Ms. Vera kindly offered to take it to the post office for me since I was occupied by the seminar. The rooms were very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Though the gym was very small I was able to use the equipment without waiting on someone else to finish. Easy access to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this location.

We enjoyed a quiet, comfortable evening in our King room recently during a stopover on a motorcycle tour. The staff were very friendly and quite accommodating to our needs although a view of the golf course was not available at check-in.

Just spent 4 nights at the Holiday Inn Express in Prattville.
Everything was just perfect. The rooms were large and very clean. The bathrooms were spotless. We loved the breakfast and most of all the friendliness of the staff. We really felt at home. If the prices don't go up we are ready to book there for next year's trip.

It was late and we were tired. We had never been to this motel. We drove around for several minutes and finnally called the motel number and received on phone personal directions to the motel.

My wife and I have stayed at this property a number of times, after trying several other places in the area. By far, this is the best value! The location makes it easy to get to and get out of. The staff--ESPECIALLY Vera--is unbelievably hospitable. With every visit, we feel we've "come home" to folks we consider "family."
