This hotel is close to everything in Prescott and Prescott Valley and an abundance of restaurants and shops. "Drew" went above and beyond on our stay. We had gone out for dinner and my mother had an issue with her meal. When we returned to the hotel, we told him about this, and he gave her some fruit, yogurt, and other assorted items for her to eat. He is very friendly and provides exceptional customer service.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Randy1944 Summer Price is gouging you
This is a great hotel usually a good value. However the price of my recent visit was considerably more expensive than usual. I assume it is driven by summer demand, even so I was charged way to much to consider it good value. I could have stayed down the street for 20% less at the in Prescott Valley and received equal service and greater value. I hesitated when making the reservation due to price this time but I won't make that mistake next time if the price remains this expensive. Also a recent prior stay I did choose the due to price.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JARAZ Great Prescott Hotel
We needed a place to stay overnight as we were picking our son up from camp the next day. We found the Hoiday Inn room at a good rate on-line and gave it a try. It sits just off the highway near a shopping area but the room was very quiet. I was surprised when we pulled up. I thought the hotel would be pretty basic but it is really nice looking inside and out. It has an expensive feel to it. The entire staff was very friendly and the room was modern, clean and comfortable. The bed was VERY comfortable. I found the pillows to be a bit squishy for my taste but I piled a few up. My wife loved the pillows so it's a personal thing. The pool area is very nice. It's all indoors. Got a nice pool, a hot tub and a suana. We did not use the sauna but the pool and hot tub were great. They have a nice breakfast area and offer a really good selection of both hot and cold items. Though we only stayed one night as was the plan, we would definitely stay here again when coming back to Prescott. If you are picking up/dropping off your kids at one of the various camps in Prescott this is a good place to stay. It's about 30 minutes from Friendly Pines and the others around it.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by bonSD Incredible service and value
This is the only hotel to stay at in Prescott. The front desk staff are second to none, the rooms are large and full of amenities. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows, proximity to stores and restaurants, free parking, free warm cookies every evening, lovely outside sitting area with fire pit and high top tables. Fridge in room. Second stay, highly recommend. The staff really go out of their way, genuinely grateful for each and every guest.
