Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Off season Prescott visit The breakfast was better than most Holiday Inn express with a better selection of meats than I have found on my most recent stays. The SPA was also very good with strong jets, properly heated and clean. The pool was equally clean and heated just right for exercise. I did not try the sauna but saw others use it and they seemed happy with the option. My room was clean and comfortable with only one complaint. The highway noise. It started at 6 AM and did not end until around 9 PM. I would recommend a room on the west side away from the highway. My room was on the north end of the building facing Lee blvd but still got lots of noise from Highway 69 on the east. The low winter price was also much appreciated and made this a superior value. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel This property adjoins a large shopping mall. It is uphill, but a short walk to several good restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. No negative issues to report. One of the better HI Express properties I have stayed at recently. I dont give all 5 ratings. March 13, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful reception associates, comfortable bed and room We were greeted by two warm and friendly young people at the front desk (I believe their names were Rick and Julie, but I'm not certain and I'm sorry I didn't write down their names) who went out of their way to be helpful. The room was very comfortable and quiet and we had a good night's sleep. Breakdast was the standard fair at most Holiday Inn Express hotels, and we enjoyed it. We didn't use all the facilities, but we observed that they were available, and my wife enjoyed a dip in the pool and a soak in the hot tub. All in all, a five-star experience at a modest price. Rooms are always clean, when we need more towels or anything else, the staff is always prompt to reply. Workout room, pool & sauna are great too. Breakfast is good, lots of choices. The pool is pristine, the sauna clean and working and the staff quite interested in your comfort. When I arrived to check in, the elevator was down for a few hours and the manager helped me carry my clothes to the room! I will return! January 25, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Couldn't wish for anything more! This was a last minute trip and our first time staying at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at the room, breakfast and service. The room was very well kept, comfortable and we enjoyed having both a fridge and a microwave without extra cost. The indoor pool and hot tub were a real treat as we watched the snow falling outside! The front desk service was top notch as was the hot breakfast! We will be back for sure! January 6, 2013

No one on the staff have ever failed to give excellent service. You only have once chance at a first impression. We vote Cynthia at the front desk as Director of First Impressions!!!! Our son and his friends go to camp in Prescott at various times during the year so we drive them up and then we have a getaway ourselves. The hotel is in a great location between downtown Prescott and Prescott Valley as we tend to visit both. We love this hotel! December 4, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel If you find yourseld in Prescott then stay here. Good location, about 15 mins outside Old Town with shopping and Restaurants nearby. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, large rooms and a very nice pool, hot tub and sauna area. Staff very friendly especially Cinthia who is an asset to the hotel. We enjoyed our breakfast choices each morning I would only add that the pancake maker be serviced a little quicker. Coffee was delicious and some healthy choices were available. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice suite We enjoyed our stay in the suite we were in. The bed was very comfortable and the suite was clean. The staff was very accomodating in positioning us at a quiet location. One thing I would have to critique would be the couch. Our couch was not comfy at all. Overall though, we had a very nice stay and would recommend it to others. October 12, 2012
