The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast which had fresh food and a nice variety. Everyone was able to select something that they liked.

My stay of six weeks here was good. Unfortunately at the end of my time here I was asked by Karen to leave. This was her response when I ask if she'd ask the neighbors upstairs to make their kids refrain from running around in their room. Since first meeting Karen I noticed she made it a habit of degrading the hotel owner and some members of the staff, specifically the managers who knew nothing about managing. The project I was on gave me the opportunity to stay another week but instead I decided to leave. All the people were very nice. Karen was just a bad apple in the bunch.

As most that comment I have stayed in lots of hotels and a lot of IHG properties. This is the first property that the staff had 3 opportunities the first night and not once acknowledged that I am a Platinum Member, ok I can live with that but then proceeded to tell me that the room I expected was not available because the website messed up and often does. I was floored. When I got to the room as I picked up the phone to complain the phone rang and I was given a second room. The staff member at the desk not once shared that she was sorry or thought anything was wrong but instead again said the website always messes up on our reservations. Never had it happen before in 12 years of being a Gold Elite or higher but I am sure it is possible. The room was fine once I was in and the breakfast was what is expected and I only picked up a yogurt because the pre-made breakfast items are not appetizing but that I expected.
The second night my work plans changed and I needed to stay two more nights and a different desk worker, one again did not acknowledge status, but maybe assumed that it had happened when I checked in, but secondly was on the phone and rolled her eyes when I asked for an extended stay. I asked is there a problem and she did not answer. The staff made this property which is exactly what I expected for business a bad choice. Neither front desk person seemed to care one bit about not my status, but did not care that I was a paying customer. A really bad experience. I have to go back for business and I am looking for options.

Very pleasant accommodations...staff was equally pleasant and helpful. Love the décor and well-equipped rooms with microwave and larger compact refrigerator. Bed & pillows great.
The weekend attendant for breakfast was efficient and personable. Nice assortment of food that was always well supplied and tasty.
