We stay at the location at least once a year while traveling to and from vacation. The staff is friendly and the facility is always spotless. Fabulous location that is consistently among the best.

Every time I am in Princeton I stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The staff are excellent. They go the extra mile to make your stay special. The hotel is so clean from the rooms to the common area to the breakfast area. Also very easy to get to from I-77.

I've stayed at many of these hotels and have never had any issues, but this one has some major room for improvement. The staff was helpful and nice, but the room smelled like smoke. Booked a nonsmoking room well in advance, but the room had definitely been smoked in. The room seemed a little run down, but breakfast was very good.

I hope this review reaches the manager of the hotel??? on my arrival to the hotel the lady on the front desk was trying to assist a customer on the phone even while trying to assist this very rude and out of control person [ I could hear him screaming foul language from my side of the desk ] your very kind and selfcontrolled staff member took the time while being yelled at on the phone to help me and assist me in my checkin. STAFF MEMBERS like this should be reconized and given a big pat on the back. my stay at the hotel was great as always at holiday inn. thanks again ted from canada

This is our second visit within several days. Despite two leakages of water under the commode, the staff responded immediately, efficiently. The remote control battery was replaced. A manager provided a credit for the inconveniences. My expensive bath gel was tossed by the time I called (within 2 days of departure), rather than held for one week before disposal, like Holiday Inn competitors. Overall, we would, and plan to, return in the future. The location and accessibility to a variety of services is ideal. The overall services are excellent.

Thanks especially to Margaret, entrance reception. Very impressed with her efficient and pleasant attitude to accomodate us.. and a sincere and lovely smile and manner. That is especially important to tired travellers.
The maintenance man was equally pleasant and skilled, fixing our heat on a cool night, in no time at all.. with a smile great attitude. Thank you. Our stay was perfect..the room extra clean, and very comfortable and quite cozy. we' hope to stay again someday. Thanks to your welcoming staff. Viv and Deb

I broke down in this area and had an unplanned extra day visit.
The staff was very helpful. Margaret and Gennifer went beyond expectation to help me find my way. Everyone in the whole town seemed friendly. Great job!
