Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel, no restaurants What you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Biggest disappointment was the "exfoliating" towels (old towels that weren't soft). Also, if you want food, you have a few choices to order in or you have to go across the street to the InterContinental. Nice that you can walk to downtown Puebla. November 18, 2012
