Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Housekeeping The tables were very dusty and our bottles of lotion & shampoo were only half full, obviously pre-used. I just felt like the room was dirty. We are 60ish and hearing isn't what it used to be, but the TV's have a maximum control set on them that can't be overridden, so we could not hear the TV very well at all. At least our neighbors couldn't be disturbed but we were. All juices at the breakfast were very watered down and didn't taste good. Powdered eggs were blah. It was nice that they had cookies in the lobby & dog biscuits. July 29, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Keep on driving The quality of HIE facilities has been sliding downward for years, and this hotel is no exception. Apparently the room service vacuum cleaners were inoperative, as I had to pick up dried bits of food and several unrecognizable bits of plastic from the floor (the plastic bits I found after stepping on one or two); and there was a good deal of pet dander throughout the facility. One reason I foolishly chose HIE over the competition was the HIE breakfast. EVERY HIE in which I have lodged over the past 7-8 years has had hot breakfast items available from 20-45 minutes before the published breakfast start times; but not this one. The kitchen staff (one person) did not arrive until 10 minutes prior to breakfast start time (I was in the vicinity of the breakfast room from 6:05 until 6:30); during part of this time the front desk attendant held a lengthy and spirited conversation with an unknown person (not staff), denigrating management, rather than assisting in the preparation of the meals. Finally, at check-out, for the first time in any hotel/motel stay I have ever had, I was not asked how my stay was, for then I could have addressed these issues at that time. Keep on driving; there are lots of other rooms in lost of other inns. July 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay We had a wonderful room with a very comfortable bed. Access to the freeway and restaurants was great. Value was excellent. I want to commend the reservation agent for incredible service. She got us a great room at a very fair price and gave us perfect directions. We were traveling on motorcycles and did not have a map of Pueblo. This was probably the best stay we had during a 3 week road trip. July 25, 2015

I wasn't sure what to expect, but compared to other IHG hotels I have stayed in, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of our room (nothing horrible, just not great). Also, I found the breakfast selection weak; in particular, I thought the hot items looked unappealing. July 25, 2015
