Nice staff but room dirty and no regrig nor microwave which they did bring up. Breakfast so so but people who did not stay there pulled up and came in and ate.

The front desk staff were very helpful & accommodating.
The hotel is not new, but fairly well kept. Could be better. Front desk glass was full of fingerprints, as if it hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile & was still like that upon checkout. Floor was also pretty dirty there too. The guest laundry was clean, affordable & efficient. I only wish there were more than one set of machines, as a few of us were trying to use them at the same time.
The room itself was average. Somewhat updated. Towels were definitely in need of replacing - dingy looking, thin & worn with some small holes. Some toiletry bottles were half full. Not huge issues, but not the usual quality that is expected of a HIE.

The front desk staff made this an enjoyable experience. We got in late and needed an extra bed for kids, They were very helpful. Not a new property but it is clean and bright. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was extremely accommodating especially after riding close to 1000 miles & no reservation. The staff very professional as well.

Many hotels still do not understand the concept for a room that someone in a wheelchair needs. I was in Wichita and went to another property. I actually had to move furniture around constantly so that she could get around. I had to do this several times with a desk chair that was heavy and didn't even have wheels. Adding bars to a bathroom does not make it handicap.
The staff was friendly!
The only thing lacking in the room was towels. We got 2 bath towel but no hand towels or washcloths.
Comfortable beds, pillows and quiet.
