We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, Pueblo North many times because of the friendly, efficient staff, comfortable rooms and proximity to the venues we need to visit. Check in and out is quick and hassle free. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The one issue that arises is the inability to control the temperature easily. A little more variety in breakfast would be nice as we found it got pretty routine if staying for an extended period. The pool area is always clean and the hotel is generally quiet. Holiday Inn will still be our choice of hotel while visiting Pueblo.

Our stay was pretty good overall. The only two issues we had were the swimming pool was cold and we had to reset the TV three times to get it to work. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

New an nice hotel, good amenities and acomodation but bad management. We stay there four nights and i notify the front desk in first morning about a clogged sink and the sink was still clogged the morning when we leave.

"Cinderella" was a Joy to speak with in the morning. She brought a smile to our faces and we always entered a clean and fully stocked breakfast area.

This is an excellent HI Express. Great staff from the front desk, to the breakfast to the housecleaning staff. They all take pride in their work and it shows. Very pleased with this property and will stay again. Good location and near restaurants. Close to CSU Pueblo campus.

The service was top notch! We stayed twice, going south and heading back north. A good variety of eating establishments, drug stores, gas stations and shopping all very close by.
It is a great location! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip south!

We have stayed at the Pueblo Holiday Inn Expresss 4 times and each time the service was great, the rooms comfortable and the atmosphere quiet and relaxed. Breakfast staff and reception are always helpful and courteous. They go out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. We will be back!

Normally this is one of my favorite hotels to stay at because of your gift packages for Priority Club members. I love the candy bars and the personalized items you put in the gift packages. But this stay was frustrating. The lady who checked me in said I was getting the government rate and then when I got my invoice, it was the normal rate. I didn't appreciate her attempt to pull one over on me and I believe that is what it was. So I had to go through the hassle of getting the invoice changed. Also, you had a bunch of sports teams staying in the hotel that night and all your candy bars were out. Would have been nice if you were stocked up a little bit better.

The outside temp in the Pueblo was in the high 20's and I was looking forward to relaxing in my room. My room was frigid because the HVAC system was off. That was just the beginning of the HVAC issue. I turned the heat up to 74 degrees to warm up the room........it took an hour to bring the room up to a comfortable temp because it was so cold in the room prior. Once the room was comfortable, I set the thermostat to 70 degree's and sat laid on the bed to relax. The AC turned on all of a sudden I had cool air bouncing off the ceiling and couldn't relax. I turned it off until the room cooled back down to a comfortable temp. When I turned the heat back on once the room cooled off ( it was now in the low 20's outside and it cooled off very quick) I went over to investigate and discovered the system is designed this way.........way inefficient.....it cycled from AC to heat with the fan running continuous ( unlike most systems that cycle on and off on the heat or cool function.....this system cycled from heat to cool).

The room, bath were either new or updated. Nice. Sheets are a big deal to me and these were comfortable/nice quality. Greeted by staff at front desk when coming and going - but not just "hello" but more involved than that. Then, realized I left my phone charger in the room, contacted the hotel, and staff boxed it up and mailed it to me. Cost was $2.12 instead of $30.00 to replace it. Received in a just a few days. Keep up the great customer service! Good quality stay.

This is a very nice hotel with an extremely helpful and friendly staff. The building seems brand new, and the rates are good when compared to other hotels. I have been to this hotel twice in the last few months and both trips were the same. I look forward to returning.

I have stayed at a lot of Holiday inn properties and it seemed like they ran out of money when they built this one. I was needing a refrigerator and the only whey you could get one was to rent a suite. This has never been a problem at other Holiday Inn properties. The breakfast staff went out of the way to help you. so did the cleaning staff. The front desk was the only problem. They were too busy talking to staff in the back or seemed like I was putting them out for being there. Except for the front desk staff I would stay there again.

I stay at Holiday Inns whenever possible. I have stayed at the one in Pueblo often and been very satisfied. Generally, those who check me in are not just courteous but also give me the feeling that I am special because of being part of priority. Silly, I know, but it is kind of nice, especially since I have usually been traveling a distance before arrival. This time was different! I realize the person who checked me in was "in training", but there was no usual greeting (Welcome back!) and when I asked about the little complimentary bags that I had been given in the past and that my colleagues were receiving from the other person who checked them in, she handed me a form to fill out rather than just put something together.. This feels petty, but you did ask for feedback. I will be returning since there is not another Holiday Inn in Pueblo and I go there for business. But If I had another choice...!

We travel regularly and have always stayed in Colorado Springs but since this hotel was closer to our final destination we decided to give it a shot. The person at the front desk was very welcoming, the rooms were clean and in great condition and the pool area was a good size and clean. We also liked that it's only a couple blocks off of I-25 so we could get back on the road the next day without any hassle. We will definately stay here again!
