Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent customer service The staff, particularly the front desk clerk DeShawn, demonstrated exceptional customer service. Based on a previous experience, the entire staff was prepared to make our most recent hotel experience the best possible. There were some minor problems at the beginning of our most recent visit and the hotel and staff corrected these while making appropriate adjustments as necessary. The efforts made by DeShawn, and the decisions made by management, to insure our comfort and enjoyment during our recent stay demonstrate outstanding customer service. My family and I would like to commend the staff on their service and would recommend this hotel to others based on our recent experience. August 13, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 regular traveler Everything was good but I was a bit disappointed in the cleaning of counter tops (desk table, bed stand, etc). Visible crumbs, stains were not cleaned. Also, the 'fitness center' leaves much to be desired (under repair and claims that a 'complimentary' pass to a university rec center were false--I had to pay. August 7, 2014

I will always stay there when visiting family in the area. Swimming pool area was under remodel during our stay but was still available for use. July 29, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by no internet service, no reimbursement there was a very short storm when I checked in. It knocked out the internet. after a 2-day stay, there was still no internet. There was also no apology, no "let us make this up to you" service. As a matter of fact, when I asked about room rates a month in advance, they doubled the price. July 27, 2014
