Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average experience, found blood on the comforter. In general clean but found blood stains on the comforter under the green sheets at the bottom of the bed. When complained to the front desk they immediately replaced the comforter. I did not think they changed the sheets since the previous guests left. Room was big and comfortable and there was a good variety of breakfast items, pretty much standard for Holiday Inn. April 8, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy room by stairs I stayed in room 118 which was directly next to the stairwell. It was extremely loud as people came in the back door late and walked up or down the stairs early morning and all evening. The wall needs better insulation or sound deadening to prevent this problem. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Blown fuse No maintenance personnel on site when our room blew a fuse & we were left with no power to shower, etc before we had to leave for the day. 3 chocolates were left for the inconvenience. Discounting the charge of the room would have been more appropriate. Will not go back. March 11, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One of the best places in the country for pets This is one of the best locations in the country if you have your pet with you. I had to be at the Veternary Hospital on campus for two weeks and stayed here most of the time and it was excellent for that purpose. Walking trails are with a few blocks of the hotel and the rooms are very adequate for this with the refrigerator and microwave. I will be taking my pet back to Pullman to the Vet hospital and this is where I will stay without a doubt. Breakfasts re very good as well. March 6, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great place to stay in Pullman! I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express three times. It is my favorite place to stay in Pullman. The hotel is always neat and clean. It is impossible to go past a staff member without being greeted. They provide a healthy breakfast. I really appreciate the fact that they leave the heat on in the room so you are not greeted with a frigid room in the winter time! It seems that other visitors to Pullman have figured out that this is a great place to stay, as it seems to fill up fast. January 21, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great place to stay I booked this hotel in conjunction with a visit to WSU. Having never been to Pullman before, I didn't really know what to expect. The service at this hotel was first rate. They provided transportation to and from the airport, to the university and to a nice restaurant in the evening. The front desk staff was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. The room although minimally furnished was clean and comfortable. The selections at breakfast were impressive. I will definatley book this hotel again if my son decides on WSU. November 9, 2012

Staff is Friendly and goes out of their way to meet your needs. The Hotel has just gone through a remodel /upgrade so all room are clean and modern . If you fly into Pullman they pick you up and take you where ever you need to go in town , they'er the Best !! Don't stay anywhere else in Pullman !!! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious I reserved a deluxe single room. I was booked into a suite. Nice fireplace, flat screen tv. Ample seating, comfortable bed in room seperated by double doors (nice touch). However, the curtains and carpet were stained. I didn't want to take off my socks. The fireplace emitted a gas smell and had ton open window. October 14, 2012
