We booked a suite at this hotel for my daughter's birthday party last weekend. One of her friends has a severe pet allergy and couldn't sleep over at our home as we have pets. This could not have worked out better! Staff was amazingly accommodating, super friendly and helpful. The room was plenty big for me and the four girls and they had a great time playing in the indoor pool and using the hot tub. The hotel had a great selection of kids DVD's to borrow at no charge and of course, the girls loved the fresh baked cookies in the lobby :). I was so pleased with the easy check in and check out and how pleasant all of the staff that we interacted with was. I would not hesitate to stay here again, or to host out of town company here. All around great hotel, and wonderful breakfast selection in the morning as well. There was something for everyone and everyone had plenty to eat. THANK YOU!

Second time there, just as nice. Our grandchildren live near by, so they enjoyed the pool. Very clean...It is also in a very good location.

As always one of the best HIX of all I frequent. Always instant recognition of PC Platinum members. I'm disappointed that they have stopped supplying free bottles of water in the room.

This is first time in a couple years we have stayed in any hotel or traveled. This unfortunately was due to my wife's mother passing away.
No real issues with anything with the staff or property.
I did however find out on the next to last day there that there was a current promotion for priority club members to get bonus points. None of the staff working the desk could help me with what to do. I didn't realize until we were on our way back to UTAH and staying in another Holiday in in Oregon that I had to register for any offer.
So; needless to say there is about 5 days in this hotel, 1 in Pendleton Or on the 21st of June and the one on the way back on the 26th of June that I didn't get any bonus points for.
I have emailed customer service. I do plan on staying in your hotel this coming summer when we return to spread the ashes of my mother in law.

One bedroom suite was spacious, but only had one bathroom in the bedroom, which made the third adult person have to come into the bedroom. Other than that the stay here was awesome, breakfast was good, staff very friendly, grounds were well cared for, close to shopping, food, and gas. No problems with parking.

I am a priority club member and I have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn Express a few times so I know they are consistently wonderful. I have always had great service, a caring a knowledgable staff and the rooms are fabulous!!! It's great to be able to just show up and get a room with a free upgrade if available and just sleep and relax for a couple of days. If I don't have any toothbrush or comb, they supply it. You don't need anything to stay there. They will supply small things for free if you forget them or just decide to drop in unexpectedly.

Used my priority points to book a room last weekend. I was having a terrible allergy attack and needed to get away from my pet filled house. What a lovely hotel just blocks away from home. Wonderful welcoming staff!
