Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My stay at the Quakertown PA Holiday Inn I want to thank Karen at the front desk who checked me in on Friday Night and out on Saturday Morning , her smile, and friendly service was an excellent start and finish to my stay. The only issue was I wish my room had been preheated as it was very cold when I checked in and took awhile to get it warm on such a chilly night. I would recommend this property and stay here again. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Food The food is terrible. The pancake machine was broken. The eggs remind me of Marine Corps food. The turkey sausage is terrible. The bacon is a waste. The only thing good was the cereal and it will cause type II diabetes because of the amount of sugar in it. I didn't even want to eat breakfast there but my company is too cheap to pay for a decent breakfast. I felt like IHG does not care about what we have to eat. They apparently spend as little as possible on food. It is pretty sad when airplane food is better. My stomach hurts thinking about it :( loved the bed and pillows though. December 8, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lousy internet, poor maid service The internet is not competitive verses other HI properties and other chains. The maid did not clean the bathroom or change out toiletries, I had to get more shampoo and soap at the front desk after two days. One heater made a vibrating sound and needed o be turnrd off. The breakfast met the usual HI standards and expectations. More fresh fruit and less carbs would be nice, but maybe I am in the minority. November 17, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Handicap Room Hotel needs a little updating. Was very disappointed that washers and dryers were not available due to being under new management. Beds are too high for it being a handicap room. Water pressure was great. Staff was very friendly and professional. November 15, 2014
