Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I want to come back here to stay sooner or later I had such a bad experience with holiday inn staffs before coming to Quebec, so did not expect any good things from this holiday inn. But I should say I would stay here again in the future. 1. Such kind and professional staffs at the front desk and breakfast room. I could tell they really love their job. 2. Great location. It is a bit far from downtown, but they provide a FREE shuttle from the hotel to downtown for guests. 3.Very clean and quiet room 4. Wonderful breakfast. Wanted to eat in the whole morning. I highly recommend this hotel to stay! July 16, 2014

The air conditioning was making a noise so we turned it off and it got very warm and the children were up at 4am and we left at 5am after our showers, also breaksfast was not available until 7am so we had to go out for breakfast. When I told the reception all they did was we apologize. This was the worst visit in a Holiday Inn Express. July 16, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Accessability to Old Quebec City. We stayed at this property for three nights in July of 2014. The free shuttle to and from the old city is a major plus. The drop off location in centrally located and very easy to find from any point of interest. The breakfast offerings were standard fare, but were tasty and always fresh. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Freeway access is right at the end of the driveway and very convenient. The only drawback was what seemed to be a lack of restaurants in the immediate area. A good map of the area is a must. July 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Loved it! We loved our king bed newly renovated room. It was very modern, clean, quiet, and with a very comfortable bed. The renovation was over and there were plenty of parking, new pool (we did not use it) and a nice decor. There was a good breakfast selection, including make your own (press a button) pancakes, eggs, sausages, bacon, hash browns, boiled eggs, different types of toasts, waffles, different flavor yogurt, coffee, juices, and croissants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A red hair girl (sorry we didn't get her name# made excellent suggestions on what to do outside of the Quebec City and they were perfect: Isle D'Orleans, Montmorency Falls, and St. Anne de Beaupre church. Thank you Red-hair girl :) The hotel is about a 15 minute ride form the old town and is very easy to get to. Btw, parking in Quebec cost us $17 for a full day or $2.00 per hour on a street with a meter #up to 5hrs). We loved our mini vacation in Quebec and the Holiday Inn Express played a big role in this :) July 9, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Business Trip Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Quebec City. The convenience to both downtown Quebec and the airport were definite pluses as was the proximity to a few very fine restaurants. The staff was most helpful. My only complaint is the breakfast food. Surely the HIE could invest in real food and food that is nutricious. July 6, 2014
