Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome service I have stayed here many times before with school groups and have yet to be disappointed with the service and the quality of the rooms. Right from the planning stages, management was very helpful. Upon arrival, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The rooms were very nice and clean. Our students were very pleased with their stay and I hope to return to this hotel in the future. The only issue I would mention, and this is likely a head office issue and not the specific hotel, would be the points awarded to organizers of groups. One of the main reasons I choose IHG is for the points. It seemed like I spent way too much time contacting the hotel as well as IHG international in order to rectify the points situation. I am still not convinced I received the proper amount of points. If booking groups I would suggest you clarify the amount of points you will receive before finalizing the contract. BUT as I mentioned, the hotel itself was outstanding and we are very thankful for our visit. February 24, 2015

The hotel front office Manager will not follow up. Instead she would like guest to follow up with IHG even though A customer is paying for those points to hotel. February 22, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Television access. I know that hotels TV has been designed to generate additional revenue. When we stay at a hotel, the TV is appreciated when we can readily access channels to receive morning news, weather forecasts, etc. or evening programs we are familiar with, either national or US networks. We are not interested in movies (adult or otherwise). It seemed very difficult to reach what we wanted to view. To this end we find the above an extreme irritant. February 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent séjour A chaque fois que nous venons à Ste Foy, nous séjournons dans cet hôtel. Propreté impeccable, très bonne literie et personnel extrêmement sympathique. Chambres très bien insonorisées (nous avons eu peur la première fois car près de la route, mais AUCUN bruit !!) La salle de bain est pratique, assez grande et propre. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de pommeau de douche amovible... Le déjeuner est très bon mais il pourrait y avoir un peu plus de choix. Nous y retournerons, c'est certain ! February 17, 2015
