Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice modern hotel It was a nice stay in this holiday inn hotel. It looks pretty new and the room has hardwood floor which is really nice. The breakfast was nice and had a lot of selections. It seems the hotel is in the new Quebec city. It took us around 15 mins to Old Quebec City. All in all, it is a nice hotel and I will stay again. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by nice staff, poor quality controle This is my first negative review off a hotel... Sheets were soiled on arrival. Door would not shut automatically (we left it open once). TV guide flickered (had trouble selecting the TV option without selecting Adult content - not good for the kids). Hot tub was warm at best and full of hair and grime floating on the surface. Any compensation from the hotel would result in Membership Points only. Halls were clean. Breakfast was good. Pancake nights are a great idea. August 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, comfortable hotel and fantastic overall service. Not the first time we stay at a Holiday Inn Express and I would recommend it anytime. Holiday Inn Express is always clean, the staff are amazing, they take care of you as family would. The breakfast is very good and free internet that is great too. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Family stay Good experience, except the A/C unit in the room would randomly switch ON and OFF. We did not make a big thing out of it, as we were advised to unplug the unit if uncontrollable. Other than that a good experience August 22, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It's a Holiday Inn Express Fairly typical style hotel for the chain. Disappointed in the "hot tub" as it was neither hot nor very clean. Otherwise rooms were as expected, staff was polite and helpful, and we got a good night's sleep August 21, 2015

Walking distance to very good restaurant -- one nearby is quite expensive so ask for the right one and look for the right name...ha..ha.. August 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room and good service House keeping is on time with high quality, the room is nice and clean!:) The breakfast room in lobby seems a little small to handle the big group. Sometime guests have to wait for the tables or bring the breakfast back to room.:( August 19, 2015
