Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to stay We stayed for 2 nights and found the room very clean, the bed comfortable, more than enough pillows and a fantastic breakfast. Well worth the money and we were pleasantly surprised when the bill was less than what was quoted on out reservation. I guess that's what they mean by lowest price guarantee! July 23, 2014

The hot breakfast is free, and include a lot of choices including egg, bacon, sausage, bakery, etc. The front desk is always very warm and helpful. They are always eager to help, never impatient with our frequent questions. July 23, 2014

Close to the Aquarium which is great but the rate was high and the included breakfast was highly suspect (ie. the eggs seemed like fake yellow egg patties and the sausages didn't taste like sausages). The staff was very accommodating, very Friendly and spoke English (very helpful) as we needed 2 rooms on the same floor close together. Staff recommended Restaurants, information about places to see and Visit. The breakfast was great.. Rooms are newly refreshed, great stay. July 21, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I want to come back here to stay sooner or later I had such a bad experience with holiday inn staffs before coming to Quebec, so did not expect any good things from this holiday inn. But I should say I would stay here again in the future. 1. Such kind and professional staffs at the front desk and breakfast room. I could tell they really love their job. 2. Great location. It is a bit far from downtown, but they provide a FREE shuttle from the hotel to downtown for guests. 3.Very clean and quiet room 4. Wonderful breakfast. Wanted to eat in the whole morning. I highly recommend this hotel to stay! July 16, 2014

The air conditioning was making a noise so we turned it off and it got very warm and the children were up at 4am and we left at 5am after our showers, also breaksfast was not available until 7am so we had to go out for breakfast. When I told the reception all they did was we apologize. This was the worst visit in a Holiday Inn Express. July 16, 2014
