Our one night stay was too short and we would have liked to stay longer. Will definitely return next visit to this beautiful city. Highly recommend hotel - staff were all so professional and helpful, particularly Michel on breakfast service - thank you all.

Very good value. Nice room, clean, and a wonderful staff. The gentleman serving breakfast was delightful, but the front desk girl was the definition of excellent service. I don't remember her name, but she was young and had red hair. She was the first person this weary American family met upon entering Canada, and she was beyond helpful, professional, and made us feel so welcome. Hard to believe she isn't at a Four Seasons!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Manekineko a nice surprise
Stayed at the property for only one night, but was well worth the price. Got upgraded to a suite with a separate bedroom and living room with a full-size pull out bed - perfect for the 3 of us. Fair distance to the old town of Quebec, about a 15 min drive with no traffic. There's not much dining around the hotel so the included breakfast was very nice. Very nice stay, my mom really enjoyed it. Would come back. :-)

As this Hotel is 20 mins outside Quebec City by car you do have to drive into town each day of your stay. They do run a shuttle but the return journey is 6pm!!!! Difficult if you wish to get the most out of your stay and have a meal in town.. The Hotel does not have a restaurant attached so if you come back that early you have to find a restaurant and there are a couple nearby but you are then stuck in an unattractive out of town area for the rest of the evening.
We took our car into Quebec each day and paid $18 dollars to park in the city car parks each day.
The hotel is clean and modern, the staff very friendly and efficient especially the gentleman who organises the breakfast each morning. We had a room on the ground floor but unfortunately it was opposite the small room containing the Ice Machine so during the night the motor clicked in every half hour or so which was disturbing.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Geneva Very helpful front desk folks
The hotel was conveniently located for walking up to Vieux-Quebec and we received good advice about not only the route to take but also where to find items we needed to purchase.
No breakfast offered.

Stayed at this property in May for leisure purposes and stayed again recently for business purposes. Hotel appears to be isolated however out the back door, past the Best Western and about 5 minutes away is a Metro and several little restaurants. Out the front door and about a 20 minute walk are several large shopping malls (Laurier Street). Front desk staff is extremely helpful. Hotel is expanding but no noise from construction. Cab ride downtown about $15-$18 depending on traffic. Would recommend.
