Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Problems with parking, Only one elevator It is a brand new hotel, but for some reason parking seems to be a problem, the staff offersyou to park your car in the nearby Holiday Inn hotel but that is an inconvenience, that makes you think I should stay in the regular Holiday Inn instead, also they only have one elevator, at pick hours you can spend some time waiting for the elevator, it is very strange this is the first time I see this in a IHG hotel. In the other hand the rooms are nice, clean and comfy. April 12, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice new hotel, not parking enough This hotel is adjacent to the Holiday Inn Centro Histórico, which I think is a better deal. Even it is new, there si not enough accesible AC outlets, and the parking is not enough for the hotel. Also it is a seven floors, and only one tiny elevator. Very bad conceived! March 22, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible experience I want my money back!!! The Hotel seems to be unfinished and workers are there during the morning and late afternoon. There was some work being done just below my room, people sawing, drilling, hammering, soldering. I stay the hotel room for a conference call and was impossible to heard, I call the front desk to request silent for a couple of minutes and they told me that can not request the maintenance people to stop. During the night you can heard the elevator "ring" sound even though there are doors to isolate the rooms area they are open all night. The second elevator do not work In general was awful experience. Hot water is intermittent, suddenly too hot or cold Pros. New modern rooms Complementary free drinking water Internet works nice February 6, 2013

I was excited to find a recently opened Holiday Inn Express and spending the night in a new room, new bed, etc. But the hotel was not totally ready for opening.. people were working, and I mean with a lot of noise trying to finish the hotel. This went on since 8AM to 8PM. The room had wood shavings and other debris (metal, plastic) all over the room), shower just did not work right, amenities not right and the hall doors unfinished (like unfinished). I did complain, but the fellow just looked at me and sigh. Finally, I was not recognized as a Priority Cub Member. January 30, 2013
