As a Platinum member I encounter a lot of front desk personnel. I would like to complement Karla, manager on the front desk for the excellent service. Speaking little Spanish I relied on her to assist me some phone calls to assist me with my meetings and several problems encountered.. Also when non of my credit cards were accepted she allowed me to check in then go to my room to contact them. All were performed with a smile, patience and "only too glad to help you" attitude. She is a model for what front desk service should be.

Great Location and Thrifty car rental next door if you prefer car rental.
Great overnight hotel, it's nice when there is paper in printer and this hotel was ready for business customers.
Hotel workers were professional, polite and accommodating when requested any help.

I stayed at the Holiday inn Express on one of my regular visits to Queretaro. I had short listed this hotel for a sales meeting coming up in January (10 people, 4 nights). The hotel is brand new and rooms are good. But the internet was not working and staff did not seem to bother. They promised me a 3G key that never came. So no internet throughout my stay. As a platinum member , I also did not get recognition and was allocated a room on the first floor next to the lift and the breakfast section. This meant that sleep was only possible for a few hours between the very late night noisy arrivals and the early birds catching up with breakfast. Icing on the cake was the lack of hot running water in the morning, no decent showering was possible. Enough, never again!
