Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lack of hot water When we checked in, mid afternoon, the hot water was only lukewarm. The staff responded in a timely manner and was able to produce water hot enough to take a shower but not hot enough as I normally desire. Happened again the next day, mid afternoon. Apparently they are trying to save money during the day by scaling back the hot water, much to the guests' discomfort. For the location, the price was too high. December 12, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff and Clean Rooms I found the Hotel to be clean and well taken care of. The Staff was friendly and efficient. I will use this hotel again if I am traveling in this area. The only negative for me was the distance to a restaurant for lunch/dinner. Internet access was easy to use and speed was good - I had no drops in access which is beneficial when working. December 11, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Wedding Weekend Really enjoyed my stay. Was in town for my brother's wedding. Check-in was quick and my room was large and very comfortable. The staff was the most helpful and firendliest I have ever encountered. On Saturday night when I had quests from the wedding over to the room I didn't have a card table so we could play our traditional Spades game. I went down to the front desk for help and James said he would see what he could do. Within a few minutes he arrived at my door with a table and two chairs, which made our games possible. He even loaned me his personal bottle opener when I did not have one. Wonderful service. We will return to this hotel. December 8, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Okay.. but This was our last hotel on a college road trip with my daughter.. The hotel staff was nice and the general appearance of the hotel was clean. However, our shower would not drain and we were told that there was nothing that they could do. They did not even try to come to our room and check it out. Standing in gross dirty water while showering is not fun. Otherwise everything was fine. Quiet hotel not too far from FSU. November 14, 2014
