I had the unfortunate experience of needing to split my 2 night stay between this hotel and the HIE in Elizabethtown. Each night was a completely different experience. The Radcliff hotel was awesome. The hotel met or exceeded what was advertised and what I expected. The opposite was true for Elizabethtown. If I had to do this again I would stay at a different hotel chain rather than stay at the Elizabethtown HIE. Kudos to the Radcliff site.

The breakfast was good overall... would have been better if there were vegetarian and vegan choices. I realize that this may be a small population but trust me this population of customers is growing as people try and make healthy diet choices. In addition, all meat was pork. Menu should try and accommodate all guest. .. Overall good hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend that others stay here. Front desk and house keeping were friendly and accommodating as well. I will definitely stay here again while in Radcliffe

We enjoyed our stay for our sons graduation from "LDAC" Fort Knox. Staff was helpful and friendly and the property was visually appealing and had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was the best as part of the room package.

The rooms were clean and the walls were sound proof despite our room being right by the elevator. The staff and management could not have been more patient and polite even with at least three boy's baseball teams staying through the week. The female who checked us in was happy to do so and presented us with a smile every time we saw her. She couldn't have been more courteous. Thank you for the great week!

Staff was excellent! Enjoyable people. Booked rooms for family coming in town and they enjoyed the hotel accommodations an also commented on how wonderful the staff was, especially the front desk employees. Thank you!

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The room temperature could be controlled; therefore, we kept the room cool all night. . The only amenity I would have changed is to add a better variety to the continental breakfast. Cereal, coffee and milk was just not enough variety. Thank you.

Living in your hotel for a week with the baseball tourney was great. Myra went way beyond to help out with little details like freezing our cake and getting a knife we could use to cut it up.
Loved our adjoining rooms. Would have liked maybe an easy chair in our room. I noticed 111 had a chair and we did not. The beds were great, the humidity and AC made things feel a little damp but that God's department. And Myra helped me find a body shop to help with car repairs. Thanks a lot, we really enjoyed the stay.
About your problem with other teams, I would go to the tournament people and report the team and their behavior. And contrast that with our behavior for the Athletix folks. They can include info in their packets about team etiquette and the like. We've had that with other tournaments.
Also, posting a sign on an easel inside your door about large group etiquette and how you can and assess the coach the damages if there are any.

Stayed two nights over the 4th of July weekend. Did no get maid service on the 4th. According to the log there was a do nit dismturb sign on the door. The sign was removed when we left the room at 10:45 am. That's before checkout time so the maids were still working. When I complained there was no recovery strategy for this gaffe. No offer of reducing the room rate because we did not receive the service for which we paid, no token gesture of regret whatsoever. Stating that I'll let our housekeeper know does nothing to appease my displeasure at being denied the most basic of hotel services.
