Room was spotless and breakfast was prepared well and convenient. One of the beds was very mushy on one side. The other bed was fine. We were accommodated with a late check out as my son was deploying, and we had a couple of extra hours where we had no place to hang out. Son left one of his hats and staff graciously offered to send it to us free of charge.....this was VERY thoughtful and kind considering the anxiousness we were feeling during our stay. The only thing we struggled with was we were not able to get a military discount as we were told that those rooms were already taken. That was disappointing since we had to stay for 3 nights. Overall, I was thankful for the location and the staff kindness. The hotel was VERY quiet all 3 nights we were there. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best I have stayed at in several years. Very clean. Many Military people observed and although many young children were there, they never got loud or rude. Adults and children all appeared to be having a good stay. The staff was very friendly and service was excellent. Would stay again and highly recommend it to others.

Very poor customer service and they do not offer the correct per diem rate for military. I am a Platnum Priority Club Member and this is the third time I have stayed here. All three times have I had to accept a higher than Per Diem Rate and was met with less than professional service. This owner has a lock on off post HIs, they own both in the area. They post signs saying they support military and they make their living off of the post travelers. Their prices say its Government Rate, but the actual per diem rate is lower than what they offer, so the military member has to eat the difference to stay their HI. I travel all over and this is the only place that does this! A few others list a higher price but when you ask for the correct per diem rate they change it, this place will not. They also had trouble with my reservations two of the three times.

Newer facility...very well maintained. Missed breakfast (grabbed coffee and a banana) but selections looked good. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful with providing local dining options. Also used the fitness facility, which was small but adequate.

Out of all the places to stay near Ft. Knox, this one is the best!! The staff is very friendly, it's walking distance to Colton's Steak House, a McDonald's, and a BP gas station. It has an indoor pool and the rooms are spacious and quiet. I hardly ever heard any of my neighbors.

I was on TDY at Ft Knox and I am so grateful that my room was reserved at the Holiday Inn Express Radcliff. The staff is friendly and the room was very comfortable. I look forward to my next TDY at Ft Knox and my stay at the HIE (Radcliff).
I left a bad a laundry behind in my room, but did not realize it until I was at leat 100 plus miles away. I called the hotel and spoke with Tony. Tony was very helpful and verifid that my property had been secured. I did not ask if he would mail me the property, instead he told me he would get it to the post office the next day. I am so grateful that Tony is dedicated to customer service and with service that Tony provides I would recommend Holiday Inn Express to anyone who is going on a vacation or business trip.
