Management puts the staff in a bad spot when they have to deal with customer complaints while they are trying to save a buck. May 15, 2015

From the moment we arrived from the airport in Indianapolis, everyone at the front desk was very hospitable. The lobby was bright, clean, and there was an array of appetizers that made us feel even more welcome in the lobby. I spoke with Anthony prior to arriving and he was very professional, helpful, and he also gave me great tips in reference to the area and the Derby. Being our first time, his tips really helped us to get around the area and have a great time during our stay. I would highly recommend this location and would definitely stay again. May 6, 2015

A front desk attendant named Monique, I believe, was very generous and helpful and always had a smile on her face. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay in room 207 Working out of the state and being away from my family was a little hard, but the hotel and staff made this hotel feel a home away from home. Anthony, Deborah, and the other front desk staff were always there to help and make our stay feel a little more like home. Anything I ever needed all I had to do was just ask Rita and Jaeshawna (Room Service), so they were a great help. Overall my experience here was great! I also really enjoyed the fresh baked cookies and the staff allowing us to use the room to spend some time playing cards with some friends while trying to kill the time away from our family. I gave this place all 10's and if I'm ever in the area again I will be staying here again. A Ton of Thanks From Room 207 April 28, 2015
