Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Front Desk Staff The rooms were clean and the walls were sound proof despite our room being right by the elevator. The staff and management could not have been more patient and polite even with at least three boy's baseball teams staying through the week. The female who checked us in was happy to do so and presented us with a smile every time we saw her. She couldn't have been more courteous. Thank you for the great week! July 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff and Comfortable Bed and Room The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The room temperature could be controlled; therefore, we kept the room cool all night. . The only amenity I would have changed is to add a better variety to the continental breakfast. Cereal, coffee and milk was just not enough variety. Thank you. July 14, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Thanks Myra Living in your hotel for a week with the baseball tourney was great. Myra went way beyond to help out with little details like freezing our cake and getting a knife we could use to cut it up. Loved our adjoining rooms. Would have liked maybe an easy chair in our room. I noticed 111 had a chair and we did not. The beds were great, the humidity and AC made things feel a little damp but that God's department. And Myra helped me find a body shop to help with car repairs. Thanks a lot, we really enjoyed the stay. About your problem with other teams, I would go to the tournament people and report the team and their behavior. And contrast that with our behavior for the Athletix folks. They can include info in their packets about team etiquette and the like. We've had that with other tournaments. Also, posting a sign on an easel inside your door about large group etiquette and how you can and assess the coach the damages if there are any. Cheers, Kim July 14, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No maid service Stayed two nights over the 4th of July weekend. Did no get maid service on the 4th. According to the log there was a do nit dismturb sign on the door. The sign was removed when we left the room at 10:45 am. That's before checkout time so the maids were still working. When I complained there was no recovery strategy for this gaffe. No offer of reducing the room rate because we did not receive the service for which we paid, no token gesture of regret whatsoever. Stating that I'll let our housekeeper know does nothing to appease my displeasure at being denied the most basic of hotel services. July 10, 2014

However, I was not sure how many award point, I receieved for the stay. One of our team memebers was offer 300 award point or water. I did not get the water and do not know if the point were added to my account. Hopefully, they were. Look forward to my next stay. June 24, 2014
