I was on TDY at Ft Knox and I am so grateful that my room was reserved at the Holiday Inn Express Radcliff. The staff is friendly and the room was very comfortable. I look forward to my next TDY at Ft Knox and my stay at the HIE (Radcliff).
I left a bad a laundry behind in my room, but did not realize it until I was at leat 100 plus miles away. I called the hotel and spoke with Tony. Tony was very helpful and verifid that my property had been secured. I did not ask if he would mail me the property, instead he told me he would get it to the post office the next day. I am so grateful that Tony is dedicated to customer service and with service that Tony provides I would recommend Holiday Inn Express to anyone who is going on a vacation or business trip.

Thank you for the great service. I always prefer to stay at the Radcliff location when I'm working at Ft. Knox. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the overall facility is fresh and clean.

Room was very clean, bed very well made, TV worked,
floor was clean. Noise was minimul in the hallway.
Staffr eager to assist in anyway requested. Veryl polite and
well dressed.

The staff was exceptional and the rooms spacious and clean. The beds were great and the water pressure perfect. I've stayed at several Holiday Inns this year, and this one was by far the best.

This is one of the more difficult reviews I've written of late. Based on staff, this place is outstanding. Based on the property itself, not so outstanding. First, the good news: The GM, front desk staff and engineer staff exemplify hospitality and service. If something was broken or needed attention, they were on top of it, including the GM getting personally involved. The fitness center and business center were a bit problematic. Simply stated, the one computer at the business center was broken for the entire stay, although we could use the very nice business center immediately next door at the Candlewood Suites. It had a very nice space with two- not one- computer. That was a nice touch. The fitness center was cramped, with room for one elliptical, one treadmill and one bike- and one wall-mounted TV for all to watch. This could definitely use a touch up as well. For a short stay- two or three days- the rooms would be adequate. For anything longer, they are pretty cramped. All things considered, the length of stay is really the tipping point as to stay or not.

This hotel was nice,quiet and peaceful. Located in an area where you can walk to get something eat. Customer service was outstanding. Next time I have to go to Fort Knox I will stay here. One more thing I forgot to mention great workout area and swimming pool. Thanks HIE
