When I went inside, I was greeted by a very helpful front desk associate who set the tone of my stay on a great note. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good value and great service For a basic hotel, this one was clean and the service was extremely good. Front desk was helpful when I needed assistance. Reasonably quiet; mainly business travelers. Recommend it; used the gym/treadmill. No weights in the gym but adequate equipment. Nice pool for swimmers. Breakfast included warm options and cereals and yogurt. Overall, this hotel met all expectations. March 28, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Did Not Meet Expectations The property was nice, the room was spacious and had a higher ceiling than most in the bathroom, there was a pleasant vanilla scent in the hallway, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but that does not make up for the negatives I experienced during my stay at this hotel. First, the bed was terribly uncomfortable. It was far too soft and clearly broken down in the middle, so much so that I had trouble getting any significant sleep during my two night stay. Second, the breakfast, which I know is fairly standard, was definitely not of the same quality as many other Holiday Inn Express hotels I have visited. All of the hot items were overdone and dry, the toaster did not work well, and there was very little fruit available. Also, the staff removed the salt and pepper from the tables an hour before breakfast was supposed to end, which I found rather annoying. Third, housekeeping was quite poor at this hotel. While the room was clean in general, the service I received was awful. They came while I was at breakfast early Tuesday morning and removed all of the towels, but did not replace them until late that afternoon. When they did come to clean the room and give me new towels, they simply walked in while I was in the room, which I find unacceptable. This was not one of the all time worst hotels I have visited, but based on this experience, I would not recommend this property. March 17, 2015
