Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent comfable acommodation Firstly the online booking system didn't allow me to book more than one room. I had to book over the phone with the central booking number. By doing this the rooms were held for me for 24hours whilst I confirmed the stay with the other partys which was unexpected and excellent. One of my party has hip problems and cannot deal with baths needs to be on the quiet side of the building, the central number did not know what faclities were on offer and said to ask on checkin. Luckily we were ok on both fronts but I was worried. We have a points card and there seemed to be confusion between the booking centre and the hotel as to how they should be either added to or claimed. Overall stay was great and would stay again, the rest of the group were also happy. April 15, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service but bed could be improved The room was up to the Holiday Inn Express standard but we both found the bed lacking in comfort. The mattress was too soft for our liking and was only a double whereas some of the competitors use larger sized beds which would have been more comfortable for us. The breakfast was good but seemed to lack the bacon which was on offer the last time we visited this hotel, Otherwise we were very satisfied with our stay. April 11, 2015

Good hotel with nice lobby and rooms but unfortunately someone had smoked in our room and the hotel was fully booked...so really annoying for the kid. Apart from that great hotel. A bit disappointed...will try next time to see if it is better. April 6, 2015
