The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room and hotel smelled lovely so clean and fresh. Loved room service,we always had plenty of towels and wash cloths. I'm so happy we found this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again!

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially in the breakfast room. Very clean end comfortable accommodations Even though the hotel is by the airport our room was very quiet. The only drawback to the location is that there is not a variety of restaurants close by.

I stayed on New Years Eve and New years day. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi in it, and i'm glad we did. the service was good, and the room was amazing. Everything we could have asked for and more. i would highly recommend this room, with or without the jacuzzi. Everything was very clean and felt like home!!

I had a standard suite reserved. When I arrived I was forced to stay in a handicap accessible room. I will never reserve a room of this type. When I tried to complain in the morning I was rebuffed by a very rude front desk attendant. This was the day shift attendant. She stated there is no garranty that I would not get a handicapped room when I made the reservation. When I informed her that there were three available types of rooms available in the internet reservation. 1) Single suite - 2) Double suite - 3) Handicap accesible suite. I would never reserve the third one. There is no vanity in the bathrooms. The toilets are too high. and everything is arranged for handicapped guests. I was not given the room I had reserved. My stay was to be for four nights. I left after one night. This motel does not give a Platinum member what is required in the confirmed reservation. The front desk agent is very arrogant.
I Don't recommned this motel to any one.

Bed was very comfortable, everything was clean and in good repair, and I can't wait to come back again soon!
