My company rented four room last Monday evening for one night only. We were to be in the area for two days and drive home Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday morning we had an industrial accident, and two of our crew had to be treated at the local hospital. They were unable to travel, so we decided to book another night. There was no room at the inn. The Desk Receptionist spent over an hour with us calling all over to find four rooms at a reasonable rate. I have never had such excellent service anywhere else on the East Coast. Truly the word for this is "OUTSTANDING".
Secondary to the service, but no less deserving of praise , was the room and the hotel in general. Clean, nice location, great staff, great breakfast, we could not have asked for more.
We found a winner and it WILL be our hotel of choice in the Reading area from now on. The hotel literally could not have done a better job. The Desk Receptionist (Trudy, I think, I lost the paper I had written her name on) set the bar high and the rest of the hotel staff met her mark.

The hotel and the rooms are great, but i've never seen another staff as rude as in here. A smile once in a while doesn't hurt anyone, but it would seem that everyone there is on the worst day of their lives.

The hotel was affordable, easily accessible to Reading, and very quiet even though they had a full house. Would recommend if in the area and need a place to stay.

I would most definately recommend and would certainly book a return stay when in the area.

I have been staying at this Holiday Inn Express for business travel for the last year and a half. The staff is wonderful, attentive, and very accommodating. They make me feel welcome, even when I arrive at 2:30 in the morning!
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms have microwave ovens and refrigerators. The grounds are clean and secure. The value is excellent.
The hotel is a short walk from Malibooz Pub in the airport terminal.

This place was fantastic. It was the cleanest, most spacious, most over-all inviting we have ever seen. We were simply traveling through Reading, and needed a good place to spend the night. We were overwhelmed by the courteousness, professionalism, and amenities of this motel. If we ever find ourselves driving through Reading again, we will most certainly stay there. This equates to any five star hotel we have ever stayed in.
