Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Cleaning The first night of my arrival, I started to sneeze and was stuffed up the entire night. I was gone during the day, at which time I seemed to not have this issue. When I returned for my second evening, same thing happened. I noticed a VERY strong scent in the room, and realized it was probably the cleaning supplies that were used. It would be GREAT if your hotel would support the environment and use 'environment friendly' cleaning products. February 3, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Experience I have previously stayed at this hotel and this was my second poor experience and therefore is probably my last stay. While the front staff do an excellent job with your reservations and trying to make up for the short comings and the breakfast staff provide good service, I've had issues with my room. The first poor experience occurred when I checked in and entered into my room. The heat was cranked as high as it could possibly go and the toilet had paper in it! The second poor experience occurred upon returning back to the hotel after being gone for 14 hours to discover my door was left ajar by the cleaning staff. Thankfully nothing was missing but anyone and everyone had access to my room. Again the front staff was very apologetic but that does nothing to rectify the situation. December 9, 2013
