Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable I am a diamond member of another rewards program at a different hotel however over the past few months I have not felt as though the program was recognizing my amount of stays nor did I feel looked after. It was recommended by a co-worker that I try Holiday Inn as their program is great and he is always treated well. When you are in a hotel 6-8 times per month you want to stay somewhere that is comfortable and has the amenities you need to make you feel at home. The first thing that happened after entering the hotel was being greeted as a rewards member and thanked me for my loyalty. It was a great start. I look forward to staying at the Holiday Inns in 2015. December 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good! First time staying in this property and travelled with a group. The front desk agents were amazing, very helpful and very friendly. Was called by name and the front desk agent that checked me in thank me for my loyalty and recognized my status. Even though I checked in early, I was given all 6 rooms right away and was able to prepare the rooms for my officemates who were coming later on that day. The property itself needs a major overhaul but I think they are in the process of doing that. Location was superb and the mall is just across the street from the property and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Overall, it was a great value for money and another great stay with the IHG group. December 15, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Staff was great, room was not! My experience included being woken up in the middle of the night due to the loud radiant heating, several times. I had the pleasure of having a shower that drenched the floor due to a shoddy shower curtain and then had the joy of trying to clean up by using all the towels. The hotel was empty but had the pleasure of being right outside the elevator... The staff at the desk were excellent, however. I may stay again so I can be sure this was a one off. Hope it is because I like the Holiday Inn Express and would be a shame if I had to stay in an other hotel. November 15, 2014
