Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by one of the few... this is indeed one of the few Holiday Inn Express which are recommendable; not only of excellent quality, but also offer some extras you would expect from a higher-class hotel. 1. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and they could even speak English. 2. Rooms are nice, and - important! indeed soundproof. Everything is still working (hey! We are in Italy, so this is not naturally), but this hotel is quite new, so this is probably why. 3. Bicycles are for free rental, which is excellent as the hotel is around 3km away from the town centre. 4. Internet was reasonably fast and working (Guglielmo). The only thing which does not find my full approval is the breakfast, but again, this is typically Italian. It would be absolutely great to have some choices of bread available, probably wholemeal products? However, they offer fresh fruits like strawberries and kiwis. April 30, 2013

I experienced Holiday Inn Express Reggio Emilia several times during last year and I am really satisfied both for the quality of the service (clean rooms, friendly staff, good restaurant and breakfast; don't miss home-made buiscuits in the morning, they are faboulous!!) and the competitive prices they apply. I really appreciate the availability of 2 kinds of pillows in the room (soft and firm) and this allow guests to sleep very comfortably, which is sometimes hard to do when you are not in your own bed..... Staff is friendly and helpful for any request (i.e. since I told the reception I really enjoy a particular room, I am always been given that room...). I suggest visiting this hotel, because it worths! January 9, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Business Hotel I stay in this hotel quite often and it's one of my favourites. The hotel is just a few minutes from the motorway exit and offers ample free parking space. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are of good size and very clean. The prices for the rooms are adequate. The dinner is ok but a little pricey, although there are several alternatives in reasonable distance. December 13, 2012
