As I attempted to depart the hotel parking lot at 05:30 AM, my car became firmly stuck in a snow drift. The night manager went to great lengths to extract me from the drift to no avail. Finally, after we both were exhausted from shoveling the snow, he called a tow truck to get me out. The truck arrived promtly and I was able to make my flight home. Job well done by the employee!!

Staff did a great job in -35 degree weather to keeo the premises safe and clean
Breakfast was less than average. Omelletes were dry. Pancake maker out-of-order (3-4 weeks now) No 0%-fat milk

I come here all the time for a place to stay while working in Regina. The staff are friendly - heck some of them even know me by name - and professional. They will hold unto your luggage when you check out in the morning to be picked up later, call a cab for you, and in the worst instance actual use their own bus to get you to the airport - and believe me - Regina does not have a lot of cabs so when the weather gets bad it is a big plus. Rooms are always clean and the chamber staff are discrete - not kicking in the door on the expectation that you have already left for the day. The only knock on this one is the inconsistency in monitoring what is provided for breakfast - a major reason why I stay in the first place - it is not unusual for there to be nothing under the warming trays after a large number of people have moved through - little coffee and no bread. Some days there no issues - other days - where's my breakfast? But other than that - it is a good safe quite place to stay for business or leisure.

We stay in Regina often and enjoy both Holiday Inn Express locations. Holiday Inn Express is our favorite hotel chain. Always comfortable. We call it our home away from home.

This HI Express is clean, safe, comfortable, roomy. The staff are friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. I've stayed here several times and am never dissapointed. The hotel is in is a historic building in downtown Regina, but you would never know from the rooms. I will continue to stay there in the future

I recently spent Thanksgiving weekend at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom has ample room. Breakfast included in the rate is excellent as a time-saver in the morrning. The front desk staff and the breakfast room staff were all very pleasant. The hotel parking lot is very small but there is free street parking on weekends from Friday evening to maybe 6 AM Monday morning (up to 6AM Tuesday morning if Monday is a stat holiday). I really liked having a fridge and microwave in the room too. Will likely return. It`s a no frills hotel but if you just need a comfortable and clean place to sleep, I highly recommend it.

Was very impressed with assistant Joanne who cleared up for us what was missing from the info of the long distance operator when handicapped adjoining rooms were required for overnight stay.. we got the info directly from Joanne at the front desk!
Thank you it made our stay more enjoyable with a 92 year old Mom..The Brown Bag for lunch around the corner was great for soup and sandwiches......and a block from the Casino.
