Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good deal at the beach We like Holiday inn and were staying on the Thursday prior to our Friday to Friday beach rental. We wanted to get a jump start on the week because it was our anniversary. Our only beef is that the room was musty and the chair seemed wet. There was a baseball tourney there and the kids were a little rowdy too. The staff was super and the price was right. I hope they got rid of that chair and fixed the problem. July 21, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by clean hotel, friendly staff, and great location I was very gratified when I arrived to see the great location of the hotel. Close to the beach and other area attractions. The front desk experience was very good, the rooms and common areas clean, the breakfast buffet was very good with quick replenishment. The breakfast area was crowded at times but the food staff kept the trays full so there was plenty for all. I did not use the pool but from what I saw everyone was happy. The lobby had plenty of printed material concerning the beach, the town and all the shopping opportunities as well as local restaurants and public transportation. My overall experience was very good and I would return there again. July 21, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Best to sleep in if you can. Sleep late because breakfast won't be ready or the coffee. This like the only Express that I have stayed at that I have had to get my coffee at a gas station. I did notice the breakfast posters stating the best time to come down to beat the crowd. Ok well the hours posted 6:30 to 9:00. Even though most HI express serve 6am to 9:30 or 10. Anyway Day 1 walked in at 6:30 coffee was there but no hot food. Day 2 walked in at 6:15 No coffee. Really The hostess said they where getting ready. What Happen to coffee 24/7 do I really need to use the in room coffee pot. Poor value of my needs = poor value revue. July 13, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Be cautious of the Cancellation policy The hotel does charge a $150 Cancellation Fee for Early Departure whether payment was made with reward points or money. I've never experienced this with any other hotel. Due to circumstances, I had to return home 1 day sooner than expected and would have had to pay $150 to have my points returned for the last night. I feel the policy is poor customer service as emergencies do occur. July 8, 2015
