Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Labor Day weekend We booked a last minute getaway with my reward points and had a really pleasant experience. The room was more than adequate and was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The only knock would be no IHG club benefits, but they aren't much anyhow. September 5, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet Get-away Although this hotel is located in a busy activity area it is set away from the major hub of the beach area but is conveniently accessible to the beach. It is next to the Outlets, but situate so that the traffic and noise are not noticeable and a day at the outdoor pool is extremely relaxing. August 31, 2014

They advertised that this property was close to the beach, but the road signs indicated the nearest beach was still a few miles away. I personally consider close as walking distance, so perhaps they should advertise their location as short driving distance. August 29, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Odor in bathroom Every time the house cleaner cleaned the bathroom there is an smell of a dirty mob. I mentioned this to the front desk that the room was okay before they cleaned it. The clerk said that they would inform the house keeper manager. When I came back, the room was cleaned but odor was there. FYI, I always rate the variety of breakfast choice as poor. along with the taste. Bacon taste like burn paper, turkey sausages like cardboard, eggs have a plastic feel, hard boiled eggs have a funny smell. Forget the coffee, if you let it cool down it turns rancid. August 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism My wife and I spend 3 days at this inn and we were both very satisfied with our experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I want to specifically recognize 2 individuals who demonstrated integrity, professionalism and helpfulness. One is the young man who was at the front desk. I don't have his name but he was on duty when we checked out on August 9 in the morning. Somehow, my appointment book, where I keep all my patient appointments (I am a psychologist) wound up under the chair in the room and I left without it. It was found and turned in by a young lady who was cleaning the room. I also do not have her name but she is the second person I want to recognize. When the young man at the front desk got the appointment book with my name in it, he immediately called me on my cell phone and let me know. We were about 45 minutes out but we turned back to retrieve it. Obviously, it is extremely important for me because it has confidential information in it (patient names, phone numbers, etc.). I am very grateful for their honesty and for taking responsibility to make sure I was able to get it back. I thank both of you and hope that management will take note of what you did.
