Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ok in a pinch A decent average hotel. The bad. Bed was uncomfortable. Shower was pathetic and weak as a fair bit of water bypassed the diverter and went down the spout into the drain. A poor selection of tv channels, Maybe 20 of them. No Fox News. The Good. Super nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms. HIE breakfast that included meat and eggs. I will probably stay again in the future because in this area there is not too many options and I don't like bed bugs. January 18, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 More expensive than I expected All aspects of the stay itself were pretty much what I expected, but I was somewhat surprised at the cost of the stay. Reidsville, NC is just a small town with no special events or attractions. It was not a holiday or any other special time. We were there on a Sunday night because of a power outage at our house. There were two other hotels nearby but we chose the HIE because we had stayed at one before. However, we were charged $30 more than we paid at one just as nice in Chantilly, VA, just outside Washington, DC, also on a non-holiday Sunday night, even with rewards club and AARP discounts.
