Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value and Clean Overall good Hotel to stay at, nice clean, friendly staff. nice free breakfest, common areas did not appeared to be A/C cooled as I was uncomfortable eating breakfest in the mornings, I assume it was a cost saving measure (Going Green, Right? Ha Ha) . Should I return to the area I would stay here again. Four Stars June 25, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ok option for Reidsville I ended up getting to the hotel later than expected and already submitted a credit card authorization form with my confirmation number. I am a manager with my company and had another staff person under my reservation. When the front desk attendant asked if she was the only one coming, she stated that she didn't know and that she was the only one booked to her room. The front desk attendant then cancelled my reservation. When I arrived, the front desk lady at night did not acknowledge that they made a mistake. She didn't even acknowledge that I am a platinum rewards member. I had to ask her for my platinum benefits. They put me in a handicap room with a bathtub taken over by a handicap seat. I thought it was quite odd as this room would be of better choice to someone who is actually handicapped. I arrived so late and the front desk lady kept babbling on even as I started to walk away. Not the most socially adjusted staff in my opinion. June 6, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointment but good breakfast Had 2 chairs in the room with a very bad body odor. Staff was kind and willing to remove and replace one of them. The jetted tub did not work either which was a disappointment. Breakfast was very good and they had great choices including turkey sausage!! Its not often that you find hotels with non - pork breakfast choices. This was a plus. June 1, 2014
