The room was clean, and I was very comfortable. Everything worked (coffee pot, iron, etc.).
My only issue is that the sheets were itchy!
Also, entrance was a little hard to find.

The hotel was ok. It needs some serious upgrading. It looked like they had attempted some upgrading not real good. I had problems with the phone in the room and was told that the warrantee had run out and they were having problems. That tells me the owner doesn't have pride in his property.

We just wish the hotel would of let the group of boys use computers on their own and let the parents RELAX next door in the breakfast area after a 5 hour drive to hotel... Boys are all 16 and we had to babysit them while they used the computers/internet. Hallways and breakfast area was REALLY HOT and the ice maker on third floor broke.. Breakfast greeter and cook Walt was GREAT and morning front desk staff friendly.

Stayed there last fall and didn't have a totally great experience. This year the staff and accomodations were fabulous!! Thanks to the desk girls for making us feel welcome...

I travel for business and stay here about 40 nights / year. The HI Express in Reidsville always does a great job, very consistent, and always greeted by name with a smile. Would like to see a little variety in the breakfast, or fresh fruit some times though.

The HIE has been remodel and is very comfortable to stay at. A little hard to find.

While my check-in experience was great, the room was clean & the bed slept like a dream...I was awoken at 9:00 am on the one morning I could sleep in by a maid beating on my door to ask me "when you be checkin out". To say the least, I wasn't pleased since check out time is at 11:00. If I wasn't irritated enough with the wake up, I was by the way the manager handled the situation. I was informed it was MY FAULT because I didn't have a do not disturb sign on the door. I paid for that room until 11:00 as do all guest. I feel like they should not bother the guest before that time. As I said, the room was great other than that & I would stay there again. Only next time I'll be sure to put the "buzz off" sign on the door. :)
