I was pleased with my stay at this hotel. The front desk allowed us to check in early and provided high quality service. The beds are incredible. The only issue was the pool area had a strong chemical odor...but the kids played without complaining.

Helpful staff and clean, comfortable room. My only complaint was that while the breakfast selections are adequate, the eggs, biscuits, and sausage were COLD at 8:00 AM, and the dining room is very small & cramped.

THE STAFF AT THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS, REYNOLDSBURG, WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE STAFF ALWAYS GREETED WITH A SMILE AND A WELCOME.

Hotel was good but house keeping was bad. Left the room in the morning for work when came back. pillow was still lying on the carpet. Bathroom was not cleaned.
Room cleanliness was the major problem during my stay. Apart from that everything was good.

The staff was very friendly, rooms were nice and clean. I have back trouble so the bed wasn't as comfortable as I'd like. There could be improvements on the quality and selection of breakfast foods. Overall, a great stay!

This is the fifth time we have stayed at this hotel. The staff is always very welcoming, the rooms are always clean and, other than the eggs, breakfast is more than adequate: bagels, English muffins, pancakes, a variety of juices and other food items. The fitness center is modest, but fits our needs. Checking in and out is always efficiently done. I would recommend this hotel for anyone.

Our son goes to college in Columbus so we need a room for a weekend every once in a while and usually choose this Hotel mostly due to the location so we don't have to stay in the city.For some reason this stay for the same room was about $30 a night more-King suite-and they would not match what we typically pay but whatever.The disappointing thing was the elevator stopped working the evening before we were to check out and we were on the 3rd floor.They had all night to either get it fixed(service man was working on it) or have someone ready the next day to help with luggage.We had 2 large suitcases,garment bags and 2 other bags because we were there for college graduation.When we asked for a little assistance maybe we were told there were 2 very convenient staircases we could joyfully use.We already figured that out on our own.My wife and I made the several trips down from the 3rd floor while the people at the front desk watched us and talked among themselves.Where has the common sense customer service gone?

Staff and cleanliness exceptional. Business centre is in need of upgrade. Too small. Breakfast choices excellent, however, the breakfast area is too small and not enough seating for everyone.
