We stay at this hotel because of the location and comfort of the rooms. The price is reasonable. The breakfast items offered could be a little better, but, it's free so, no complaint there.

I stayed at one of the suites on the weekend of my wedding. The room was very accommodating to everyone the morning of the wedding, there was enough space to move around, get ready and take pictures. During breakfast, one employee named Jessica was very nice and even gave my husband and I trays so we could take our food to our room! The staff was very friendly and kept congratulating us on our wedding. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location and facility were great. The proximity to where we had basketball tournaments, stores and restaurants is a bonus.

The staff greeted everyone as if they had stayed before. It was a great experience on a warm spring day in Columbus. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. I think breakfast needs an upgrade.

Our stay was average at best. The check in literally took 20 min. I had a reservation and the people who walked in at the same time as me, did not have a reservation, and were helped first. The front desk clerk never asked if I had a reservation to get me in my room quickly. The other guests could not decide how many rooms they wanted, how many beds they needed, what kind of beds they needed, whose credit card they wanted to charge the rooms to, whether or not the front desk clerk was related to them (I'm not even joking, apparently the clerk had the same surname as the guests), whether or not the fruit in the water jug was oranges or lemons, etc. As I stood there checking my watch. When they finally got their room keys the clerk didn't even apologize for the wait.
The next day my wife and I went down to breakfast at 8:00am and the food had not been restocked at all since breakfast first opened at 7:00am. So we ate what little was available to us checked out.
On the plus side, the room was decent, the bed was comfortable and the pool was right on the edge of being too cold to swim in.
Overall it was a really mediocre experience. Not sure that we'll stay there again.
