Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Easy on/off access to major Interstate and a friendly place to stay. This hotel is a convenient place to stay if traveling through the Columbus, Ohio area. I stay here when traveling on the interstate on my way to Illinois. It's a good value and easy on and off access to I-70. Staff is always friendly and breakfast is a nice extra. June 23, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, staff were great, noisy neighbors even went to bed We stayed during a busy weekend with lots of noisy youth groups around. Thankfully the group next to us seemed to have a curfew because they got very quiet after 10 PM. The staff and breakfast at this Holiday Inn Express were great. The front desk staff kept their cool while a gentleman explained that he didn't have AAA or AARP but was a member of NRA. He asked if that counted for anything. The young lady didn't know what NRA was, and was very professional and nice as the man explained it. Great job! June 20, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by service poor they tried to charge us for breakfast when it was included-then the bar mix drinks were poor. The bill was not put under the door in the am so I went to the desk. The clerk was involved in a very long discussion with someone/guest which made the guy in front of me wait and me even longer-just to get our bills. I had been standing there a long time and just as I got to the desk a guy walked up on the side and she talked to him first-she had to have seen that I was standing there for at least 10 minutes already. That was a further delay because the guy that just walked up was complaining that they were charging him for breakfast which he was told was included also. She kept telling him it was not and to check with his boss-to which he replied check with yours. She said there was no supervisor on duty for another 30 minutes. June 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mistakes become Opportunities We had made a reservation at another hotel located directly across from the Holiday Inn Express. We walked into the Holiday Inn Express thinking it was the other hotel. When we asked for our reservation, they couldn't find it and we realized our mistake. My husband said he liked "this" motel, it was clean and neat and the staff was so welcoming. They had a room available, so we walked to the other motel and cancelled our reservation, came back to the Holiday Inn Express and completed our reservation. We were meant to stay there and were not sorry we made the change! We like Holiday Inn Express and would like a listing of all locations. June 12, 2014

The only thing that they didn't do was provide those fresh baked cookies like to many of the other hotels do. It is always nice to come in from a day on the road and smell and taste those fresh baked cookies. Cookie Monster says we need cookies!!! June 2, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good accomodations Your facility is a very nice establishment. We stay while visiting relatives in Columbus so your site is convienient. We don't normally eat hotel's breakfasts as we always link up with relatives at area restaurants. Your selection appeared to be consistant with that of other hotels. My only gripe about this past weekend's stay was the lack of hot water. Day one, we couldn't even shower as there was NO hot to be had. Day two I ran out about mid-way thru. Not good ! Hopefully that gets fixed soon. May 30, 2014

I and many other guests could not get hot water in the morning over the course of a two week stay. Management and engineering were "trying to fix" it; however, they did not after two weeks! Come on I say; this is not rocket science. Someone was not prepared to do what had to be done. I also had to ask to change the sheets after a week. Vacuuming was hardly done. May 26, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not the Best Stay As a member who stays at plenty of HIE locations, this was one of the more inconsistent hotels. When I arrived after driving 14 hours with my wife and two toddler girls, I inquired about water, assuming I'd be given a bottle because of my membership like I have been at other HIE. Nope, not here. I was advised there's a machine. Very much a letdown because we were short on water. The woman at the counter didn't seem to care whereas other HIE locations there's at least an "extra" verbal welcome to IHG members. Then, dragging bags and children in through doors that are not automatic is a lousy experience. Try fumbling with bags, children and doors and it was not a good experience. All other HIE locations I've stayed at have automatic doors, which I always took for granted until this stay. All in all, this HIE is not high on my list. Disappointed. May 11, 2014

Very clean lobby and such a nice touch to have the cold, fresh water to greet us.......Rooms were clean and the beds were extra comfy......loved all the pillows....breakfast was yummy and the area was very clean, the gal working was on top of her job...... Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Reynoldsburg, Holiday Inn Express I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express 2 times in 4 days, going and coming from Richmond Virginia. Different rooms each time. Quality stay exactly the same, Excellent. The room was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I have to go through Columbus again in May and you can bet I will be staying at the Reynoldsburg HIE again. I have no problem recommending this place to anyone. March 28, 2014

It was more convienent, clean , great staff and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast ended at 9:30 which was way too early for us as we like to sleep in on vacation.that was the only negative. Having stayed a total of 61 days in the last three months I can honestly say that I cannot find a single negative thing to say. The general manager Alice & assistant Rachel made me feel like family, and I will miss their smiling faces. The rooms are larger than most others & extremely clean. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Return stay We continue to stay at this HI Express when visiting family in Pickerington. The location is near Interstate 70, shopping and eating. We have not found the proximity to the highway to be a problem in any way. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The lighting in the bedroom area could be better...but that is my complaint about most hotels. We rarely use the internet, pool or breakfast area so cannot comment on these. Unless something changes we will continue to stay here when in the area. December 1, 2013

Front desk called their tech support, who rerouted us around something and I was able to sign in secured. I don't know if it was my computer or their network.
