Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First stay at this location When I arrived several large buses of guests (an actual circus was in town) was preparing to leave so the hotel was in a bit of disarray but the staff did a great job of restoring and cleaning up following this event. The staff even made a fresh pot of afternoon coffee for my guest and I as we met in the breakfast area. May 20, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Staff is very welcoming and inviting. They helped us in anyway possible. The floor was quiet and was able to relax and fall asleep very quickly. But overall the stay was good. Wished it had a refrigerator to store items that need to be cold, but other than that it was really nice to get away from home, even if it was for business. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms were ok but Front desk person not pleasant Front desk lady was the worst experience i have ever had. Seemed like we were bothering her anytime we asked her a question. Even upon checking out, as we walked to the desk she says "What" with an attitude. Another person in our party said she responded with "What do you want?" when she went to check out. Not a pleasant staff. Rooms were ok. Would have liked cleaner. Breakfast in the morning was good. April 27, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Check in friendly While my overall stay was fine, as a long time platinum member, I was put off by the inability to reach the general manager. While Alyssa, at check in made me glad I chose this property, at check out, when I asked for the email of the GM, I was told by the aloof check out clerk, that she, unlike all other GMs I have reached out to, did not allow her email to be shared. This is contrary to the IHG customer service oriented experience I have encountered during several decades of visits and unlike my recent stay at a competitor's property, where the GM sought me out to assure that my stay was satisfactory. While I will certainly continue to stay in IHG properties, I will not repeat at this one. April 18, 2016
