We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago with our one dog. This time around I had 2 dogs and as luck would have it, we got the exact same room. The room was just as fabulous in 2013 as it was in 2010. Clean, Clean, Clean and felt like new. Slept great and so nice to have a real place to walk the pets, I highly recommend this hotel to all.

I make my living traveling and this hotel is one of my top ten. I really am tired of traveling BUT I look forward to my visit to Richfield every year and this Holiday Inn is one of the main reasons.

For no reason, it has been 10 years since I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express. I loved it then and love it more now. What a great value. The hotel was super clean, the decor and overall comfort were well thought out, the breakfast was perfect and served at appropriate times. Although we did not use the exercise room, it was well equipped and being used. Thank you for the wifi.
I liked the details, such as the shelf unit under the sink where I got needed storage. The bed and linens were perfect, so was the shower. The A/C was easy to control and was quiet. The room was quiet. The room was very comfortable and relaxing.
The staff were competent and personable. Parking and check in/out were simple. We appreciated that the location was away from busy town activities. I loved the landscaping.
I am appreciative of your interest in knowing the opinions of guests. Those guests that I saw seemed quite satisfied.
We are sophisticated travelers and know about staying in terrific hotels that cost a lot. This Holiday Inn Express had everything we like and more. We will be back!

Stopped here when heading home on a month long motorcycle trip, a great pace to stay with friendly service. Breakfast was the best one on our trip and would recomend it to anyone.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Damp sheets!
We booked a room with two queen beds as a king room wa not available. After getting to the room we discovered that a pillow and the betting we're wet, as if a bottle of water had been spilled on the bed. We tried the second bed to find that the sheets at the foot of the bed were damp. We decided that we could sleep in the second be without a great deal of discomfort and were actually oo tired o care. Probably will not stay hereon our next road trip to Vegas.

We were traveling between the National Parks in Southern Utah en route to Salt Lake City. There are many unknown local motels along the route, but we were pleased to find Holiday Inn Express, a brand we knew meant an expected level of quality.
Richfield was a nice town and this was a pleasant stop on our way.

Stopped here while touring other sites in Utah. Nice stay--room was great and we got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was typical fare for Holiday Inn Express--and was plentiful and hot. Staff was very nice--overall a very good stay!
