Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It was a very nice place to stay, recommed it very much. The only problem I have at this Hotel is getting through to a person at the front desk. I tried calling before arriving for 30 minutes and decided to just travel there and take a chance on a room. I do stay there a lot. All in all I refer this Hotel over all others in the Richfield. Its by far the cleanest Holiday Hotel I have stayed in and the staff are GREAT. Thanks December 15, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable, clean, quiet location Although this was an overall above average setting due to it's cleanliness, comfortableness, and quiet environment we did have some concern regarding the front desk personnel. When showing him that a lower price had been quoted on Trivago for the Richfield, Utah location when we were registering he firmly stated that Holiday Inn Express does not recognize any websites other than their own IHG. He was defensive when asked about the "guaranteed lowest price" and seemed condescending in communications when questioned. In our opinion he did not display any indication of possessing a positive demeanor that is expected of a hotel/motel employee with whom one interacts with after many hours of interstate driving! Later it was discovered there were no doggie or pet waste bags in the container located outside in the pet area and when this was mentioned to the front desk this same employee said that he did not have the key to the container housing the bags and no one was available on-site to replenish the bags. He did not offer any doggie poop bags. When directly asked for a bag he handed me one bag and when I reminded him there were two dogs he handed me one more bag for a total of two (good thing I had more bags in my car in order to be adequately prepared for my poopers!). When asked about the HBO HD channel designation he could not provide an explanation for the nonworking or incorrect channel (according to the TV guide) and although he said he would text the manager for an answer he never got back with us. Although we were not impressed with this particular employee the remaining important aspects of the stay were good to excellent; however, based on this front desk employee's behaviors and attitude, this did not appear to be one of the IHG award-winning sites (in our opinion) when we visited this particular Holiday Inn Express location.
