Very nice staffs, only minor thing is swimming pools too small and don't have sauna and hot tub, price per night a litte higher than the other but acceptable. June 9, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great service, comfartable rooms I stayed in April 2013 for 2 weeks, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and expressed a genuine interest that my stay was okay. The room was comfortable, the house keeping occured every day and a good choice of breakfast (free) was available. The hotel is in an excellent location for business trips, and some very good eateries are within a 10 minute walk. The only negative is that there is no bar, but that apart, I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Richmond Hill/Markham area of Toronto. June 2, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Night I stay many hotels in my work in a year, and mostly Holiday Inn's if I have a choice. Most of them could take a lesson from this staff and management. Very clean. Excellent room. The light food offered at 5:30 in the afternoon, was a welcome treat. Great job. I will be back, given the opportunity. Walter April 16, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by the heating system that it's too noisy The only issue is the heating system that it's too noisy and no way to stop the fan. I just turned it off and was OK to sleep with normal temperature of end of March, if it was in cold weather it will be another story. Otherwise everything else was Good. April 5, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Looks can be deceiving Have stayed at this location 10-15 times since they opened, and unfortunately this weekend was our last visit. We checked into a Queen Double Suite, for 3 people. Room was very clean as they always have been, and stocked appropriately with towels and amenities. The beds have deteriorated to what we like to call an "airplane cockpit", completely sunk down in the middle with no back support. Had to sleep clinging to the sides of the bed to keep from rolling together in the middle. We are not huge people,143 & 154 lbs! Our son who is 165 lbs., had the same problem in his bed. Completely restless night for all of us, and woke up with terrible backaches. One hour before the bkfst was over, there was barely any food, coffee was empty & tables were dirty, trash was overflowing. Staff cannot keep up - and this was both days, multiple attempts to eat. We have witnessed what seems to be locals (maybe friends/family), joining guests at the hotel for breakfast without any check from staff. We left and went elsewhere for breakfast. This has happened many times during our stays! April 1, 2013
