I stayed at this hotel for two separate weeks. After the first week I was considering switching hotels just for variation. But a staff member upgraded me to a suite for my second week and I decided to stick with Holiday Inn. Thanks for the great service!!

Friendly and welcoming with adults and youth.
Clean and comfortable.
Let the guests access breakfast early, when many were needing to get to a very early morning hockey game.

We had to stay for 4 nights. The room was comfortable, clean and nice. Had one issue with excessive noise from next room at midnight, called front desk and it stopped instantly. They have a 10 PM to 8 Am quiet time and they really mean it. Staff was fantastic.

On business, I needed somewhere to stay. This hotel was great and the location was perfect! I've never been to this location before, but from the minute I walked in to the moment I left, the staff was great and friendly. I found the snacks expensive as a 2 drinks and 2 very small bags of chips came to $13, but thats the price I pay for not knowing the area and where else to go. Aside from that, I have no complaints and really enjoyed the stay. The beds were VERY comfortable!

This is my first time in this hotel and my family had a great time. I was traveling with young kids and the 2 queen beds suite was great. The bar counter and the sofa area keep my children occupied and out of my way. We have a good place to enjoy our breakfast in the room.
The only downside is the beds. It was too soft for me therefore me and my husband didn't really have a good sleep. It was a little difficult to travel a long distance the next day.

The network services in the facility are terrible. You are provided an access code that has to be entered every time you fire up the laptop, and even if you were to leave it on, the access expires in 24 hours. (Who is in a hotel room for 24 hours straight anyway)
When online the service is so slow that it took almost 8 minutes to get a banner (Google) from the IE application startup, and subsequent web services were as bad, or worse.
The business centre had 2 computers, one of which seemed always occupied, and the the other was stuck on a "hard drive failure" screen.
The room was very comfy. The bed, bathroom and linens were top notch.

Everything about this property was great! Beautiful decor, clean rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. If I'm in this area in the future, I will definitely stay here!

The staff were so welcoming upon my arrival with helpful assistance and accommodation. Everything was fantastic in the room and common areas. I never heard a peep all night during my sleep and was on my way quickly and easily when I checked out.

Only bad point is the fact we (family of 5) stayed for 6 nights and bed sheets never changed !
last night we asked about that and then we got fresh ones.
