The facility is excellent, quiet and well-maintained. The staff is professional and pleasant. Breakfast is always great. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing experience We arrived after an 8 hour drive only to be greeted by the front desk overwhelmed by the two bus loads of preteen cheerleaders waiting to check in. They overtook the hotel, elevator, hallways, breakfast room. We waited way too long to check in. To make matters worse, the next morning I witnessed a hotel staff member parking in a handicapped parking space. When I confronted her, she stated that there were no additional places to park. In fact, there were parking spaces on the sie and back of building. This is hardly professional conduct! We will look elsewhere on future trips. January 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by So very friendly! This is the second time we have stayed in this property and I believe it is better than the first time, if that is possible! The employees were helpful and friendly and I really liked the amenities like the touch screen info center and the ATM. Also, so convenient to the freeway during our regular travels south to see family. Will definitely stay here again. January 4, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good stopover on the way from Cleveland to Atlanta The unit had a good location. The manager apologized as he warned us that the card reader in the rear door didn't always cooperate. I found that to be the case although after the fifth or sixth try I was never actually denied entry. We had a handicap room and the tub setup was not ideal there was a bench at the back of the shower that could not be moved. At some time in the past, some of the front plumbing must have broken and that which replaced it was not ideal for someone with a handicap. The beds were good and the sofa bed was comfortable. The morning breakfast was what I expected from Holiday Inn Express - excellent. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. Somehow I managed to even get on the wireless without using the password. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Inviting and Friendly When I walked inside the hotel, the cleanliness of the entry as well as the friendliness of the staff. I met Michael who had helped me with my reservation over the phone. He was very personable and very helpful to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast bar was very nice. When I came down in the morning or returned at night to the hotet, the staff greeted me each time with a smile and asked if I needed anything. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. I had sent a couple of my employees to stay there before my arrival and since staying there, I have recommended it to other employees. I did not sign up for the rewards program and wasn't sure if I could do it over the internet, since I will be returning in February to Richmond. December 18, 2013
